I came to the store at 5:30p.mcst to bring in recycled clothing and pick up the items I had on hold. Tell my why AAALLL doors were locked! The sign on the door clearly says open until 6p.m on Sundays. After getting back in my car, I watched at least 10-15 people try to get in. However, the last lady, that pulled up beside me, actually knocked on the door, so I decided to go back to the door a second time. She confirms the closing time with Dakota (who was very rude/nasty by the way) to be 6:00pm cst, meanwhile, it's 5:45pmcst. Furthermore, Dakota says "they closed early because of inventory, AND IT IS WHAT IT IS." If that was the case, there should've been a notification put on the door prior to.... as well as, notifying your staff, so that they won't tell customers (whom they were expecting, next day) you guys close at 6pm! I know one thing God Don't Like Ugly and one day you'll wish you had a job/customers, even if it's working for yourself! #Be kind to others no matter the circumstances

I usually go to this location for shopping. But this time I shopped online and try to exchange size. Before I went this this location i was read terms and conditions for h&m and talk to customer service about change size even bought from online she said yes if item available. So I went to store today the lady at the floor was so rude and disrespectful. She said no u have to return and buy again! So I ask her I did read terms and conditions and talk to representive. And she said oh well I dont think so! And gesture like well talk to my hand! And walk away!! So I talk to other lady at the register she did it for me! H&M please training right your employees!! I was very upset. I won't go back to this location.

I love H&M. They are always selling clothes relating the season. I have a H$M sweater from 2 years ago that I still wear today. Although non expensive, the clothes are very good quality! This will continue to be one of my favorite stores! Love love love it!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would!! We were made to leave due to not wearing a mask, even though the mask mandate is lifted and has been in Memphis Tn. We were told that it was a privately owned business and masks are required. Yet if you go to their website it states 1) they are a publicly owned company out of Sweden. 2) “In locations where there is no longer a mandatory mask order in place, vaccinated customers may shop in our stores without a mask” so I would like someone to explain why we were kicked out of the collierville H&M for not having a mask. They have lost all my business!

This is cleanest, neatest and most accommodating H&M in the Memphis area. The employees are so nice and very helpful with searching for the sizes I need. I would like to recognized Leisha for helping me with a return and taking time to answer all of my questions about the loyalty program. This location also has the best clothes for business women as well.

Memphis is a provincial city. This reality is charming at times, but every so often one yearns for a taste of modernity. Believe it or not, a trip to H&M made me feel, for thirty minutes, like I was in LA or Paris. Good deals too.

DISABLED people are NOT welcome here. I was in the store with a friend who has a medical condition which doesn’t allow for him to wear a mask. We were done shopping and getting ready to check out when the most rude employee told him to put a mask on. We understand the concern so we explained that he has a medical condition and under current ordinances is finally able to shop in stores. She explained that even though he had a medical condition that he had to put on a mask or leave immediately.

I love going to H&M but it seems that larger sizes are super hard to find in store. Not only this location but the last one I went to. They are available but so scarce, I hope they change that. Other than that this location was so clean and organized and the workers were super helpful. The dressing rooms are very functional as well.

Today I went to the store and this guy was in front of me and my mother. The guy apparently was stealing because he was returning a lot of items in return would probably get a gift card. The guy let me and my mother go in-front of him . As we was shopping it was so uncomfortable… it gave off the impression that we was with the guy because we didn’t have the receipt with our clothes as well. One of the workers stated to me that, “yea a guy just left just returned a lot of jackets”. I had a 80 dollar jacket and only wanted to exchange and get 4 items from them. I have been a loyalty member with H&M for 9 months and have spent over 1000 dollars or more. I have only made one exchange. Next time don’t judge anymore because you don’t know who you’re ringing up. I find it sad that me and my mother had to experience something like this.

I am a faithful shopper of H&M for my Toddler. The store is always clean and well stocked. I am never disappointed going here. They have the best fleece lined leggings for the winter.
