H&M

This seems like an ongoing situation. in any store that you go in anymore since Covid. I was in there tonight around 7 o’clock. I was at Bath and Bodyworks and I thought oh I’m going to H&M and see what they have. I was walking in the store I noticed that you could hear a pin drop. There was no music playing I saw a couple people actually come in and just turn right back around. I was looking around and a worker walked by and I politely said it’s so quiet in here and she’s like yeah the stores closing. ??? But I was looking at a couple jackets I was going to purchase but when she said that I was like forget it I’ll just leave it was 7 PM. I mean they didn’t close till 8 PM. That’s a full hour and I used to work in retail, so I know what kind of business you can do in an hour. I’m starting to see why people are buying online only. I’m

Yes, I did walk into the store at 5:50pm knowing EXACTLY what I was looking for. Instead of being greeted with a, “hello ma’am, we close in 10 mins.,” I got a “we close at 6:00 so you have about 5 mins to find what you want and get in line.” I replied, “I know exactly what I’m looking for, thanks.” She continued to talk. The same lady ended up ringing me up and I mentioned to her that it would have been better to greet me with a hello and explain to me that they were closing soon. Good customer service would have been, “I apologize.” Didn’t get that. And by the way….my purchase was complete by 5:55pm. Cause if y’all didn’t want anyone to come in….close the dang doors! Rudeness!!!! And let me take one of these stars back!

Updated Apr25 There is new management at this location and I have to take back my original. Whoever manages this location has turned the place around. The workers are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean. Hopefully they will continue to operate in this location to bring more customers to what could be an incredible outdoor mall. They still do not allow use of their bathroom (a mistake in my opinion) but at least they took the rude sign down! Hi H&M, Please talk to your manager at this location. Why all the ridiculous rules? I was listening to a lady ask if she could get an item (the only one in the store in her size) off of a mannequin, and she was told it is a store rule that we cannot remove items off of a mannequin. Really? That is ridiculous. Also, my young daughter was trying on clothes and I was not allowed to be in the dressing room with her or stand outside the dressing room. There is one dressing room for male and females, and my young daughter is in there without me. I tried to stand outside the room and was told I could not. The mall where this store is located needs more patrons, however, the rules and attitude of this store does not help. We used to be able to use the bathroom in this store, however not anymore. The attitude of this store is reflected in their new bathroom sign.

The staff were very rude. Literally yelling, "do you have your mask? Do you have your mask?" at us on the way in the door. No, we didn't have masks and the area we are in was no longer mandating them.

The worst experience ever I felt disrespected the young lady at the register gave me the wrong total.she caught an attitude when corrected this store needs better employees

bad attention, I went to change a blouse that I bought right there and they did not want to change it and the woman who attended me treated me badly I felt very discriminated against!

I always enjoy my visits to H&M. You always can find good deals and beautiful clothes

H&M racist controversial ad regarding, "Coolest Monkey in the Hood", hooded. Deployable. Apparently, H&M ad was a publicity stunt. I will NEVER SHOP AT H&M.

There did not seem like a lot of staff around to ask questions or help in the fitting rooms but the store and bathrooms were clean and there was a good variety of clothes, sizes and prices to choose from.
