Love this place for my son
My purchase at another store was messed up so I went to Collierville since it was closest to where I live. I walked the entire store with no mask on. At checkout, while the employee was fixing the other stores mistake, the manager asked me to put on a mask. I did not have one so I said "if you give me one, I will put it on, I do not have one"... nor did my kids. He told me I would have to walk across the parking lot to get one from Barnes and Noble (hmmmm I wasn't even Barnes and Nobles' customer). ...I said we will leave right after they finish. He made the employee give me back my receipt and leave without fixing the issue. Pure discrimination and stealing. They owe me an item of clothing. I will never return to that location, much less another because their online phone customer service gets you no where.
I always have a good experience at this location. I didn’t find what I needed, but there was a very helpful young lady with a big afro and a WuTang shirt that I worked with. She helped me with a membership and a reusable bag as well. Great customer service is important.. especially around the holidays. Thanks so much!
Poor service. I went there and was going to buy some clothes but nobody would help me. Nobody was at the register. Nobody was at the dressing room so i just put the clothes back and left. I love H&M but this store is definitely not worth the visit. But on the plus side the store itself is nice to look at.
Would give zero stars if it were an option. Horrid staff that acts as if you're bothering them by being there. Limited items and then wouldn't allow more than one trip to the fitting room. Next time just put a note on the front door that says you don't want my money bc that's the vibe of the store, the team and their policies. Will never step foot in this location again. Sad that corporate does nothing to repair a location clearly tarnishing the company's name.
