My favorite Good Will to shop at. I’ve bought a bunch of gifts and things for my house from here. The staff are awesome, I’ve always had pleasant experiences with them; grateful to them for making it a pleasant visit every time I go. Some of the other good wills I’ve gone to have rude and uncaring staff, so it is nice to come to this one and feel welcomed. 😊
This store and employees are top notch in my opinion. Most helpful and polite in every aspect of shopping experience.God Bless them all.
Somebody needs to do an overhaul of clothing segregation. I get it, short sleeves are with short sleeves, but after looking through many rows that has the sizes labeled, they do NOT categorize the clothing (knits, sweaters, workout, t-shirts, business/dressy) and I spent more time than I should have cared to put toward only to find 3 items.
I recently had the opportunity to visit Goodwill, and I must say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the cleanliness of the store to the friendly and helpful staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of my visit. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store impressed me. Goodwill maintained a well-organized and tidy environment, making it easy to navigate through the different sections and locate items of interest. The aisles were clear and free of clutter, allowing for a comfortable shopping experience. One of the standout features of Goodwill was the pricing. I found the prices to be reasonable and affordable, particularly when compared to other thrift stores or even traditional retail outlets. It was refreshing to see a store that values accessibility and affordability, making it an excellent option for individuals on a budget or those seeking great deals Equally notable was the friendly and helpful nature of the store's staff. The employees at Goodwill went above and beyond to assist customers and answer any questions they had. Their genuine willingness to help and engage with shoppers added a welcoming atmosphere to the store, making the overall experience all the more enjoyable.
I admit I am now officially addicted to thrifting!! In the past month I have started going to Goodwill I have found some amazing pieces cheap. This location in particular has some really great pieces. Great tops, dresses, pants, shoes, and purses! The employees are friendly and very helpful! The only thing I hate for the chain of stores is that you cannot exchange jewelry. I get earrings but i definitely think you should be able to return necklaces and bracelets/watches.. photos below all have pieces that are "Goodwill finds."
Goodwill? More like Greedwill. This is the second location I’ve visited in FW area. This Goodwill is extremely organized. The store is clean, sections are clearly labeled, and it is easy to navigate. From an operational standpoint, it is well run. That said, the pricing completely undermines what Goodwill is supposed to represent. These items were donated, yet many are priced as if they were new. For a DONATION store that claims to “serve the community”, ESPECIALLY populations that rely on affordable access to clothing and household goods, the prices feel out of touch and driven by greed rather than service. Goodwill exists because of generosity. Turning donated goods into premium pricing feels wrong for the very communities this organization claims to support.
They have a lot of variety at this location. Typically always well stocked. Prices have increased over time but nonetheless well kept thrift store. Their home decor area seems to always be a hit for me.
Very nice selections and things aren't crammed together.
Prices have gone up. I was surprised by cost of most items. Items appeared in good shape & some new, but weren't much lower then Walmart.
The store is fairly neat and organized. But some of the items they have for sale are overpriced. A couple of the couches look like they should be in the trash because they look so dirty and worn that it seems they would be a health hazard to even try to sale to someone. They have a few new with tags clothing and accessories that you could probably find cheaper at a regular department store. I was not very impressed with the store, mainly the prices. If you're looking for decent second hand sofas, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't think I will be visiting this Goodwill store anytime soon.
