BEWARE. This store is "rounding UP" their prices at the register without customer's consent. I made a purchase today 8/10/2022 and I didn't notice the "round up" extra charge until I got home. Neither the credit card machine nor the attendant asked me if I wanted to. If they're doing this systematically thru other stores, they are committing FRAUD. Plenty of lawyers would be willing to file a class action lawsuit vs this non-profit malpractice.
I've been coming here for a couple years, it gets better and better. Their stuff is excellent, I have found the coolest things at times. My 16 yo daughter loves coming here as well. I find the employees to be friendly and helpful. These folks need a raise, they deal with alot. One complaint, I have found that sometimes the pricing is a bit high, it's second hand stuff, not Maceys. In housewares I've actually found stuff more expensive than if I go to Ross or even Hobby Lobby. If you can catch the sales right, you can do quite well.
The store was great as always..the seasoned lady cashier was really rude and a bit racist toward the people in front of me that she was ringing up because of a language barrier but wanted to engage in a conversation with me..I had nothing for her but attitude and disrespect worse that she gave them. Surprisingly she seemed confused! She could've written the amount down or ask for a Spanish speaker to help her..instead she went from repeating herself to yelling..like that's going to help the translation. So another cashier that was right behind her translated for them while helping her own customer..she deserves a reward the other needs training.
Their prices were great. The staff conversed with me. That's good customer service. I personally didn't like the fact that the store looked a little messy, but again great prices
I agree with the other reviewers. Lived on this side of Arlington for 6 years so have watched it over the years and it never changes. The staff are not friendly and not helpful. They don't smile at all. There is hardly anything in the housewares section. This store is mostly clothing and the prices are way too high. But, I do suggest going on sale days which you have to bother to staff to find out about.
Great finds and better prices. I noticed some thrift stores have gone bonkers with pricing. I can't say that I blame them because a few people are there to flip. That really effects those who are in need so think twice about what you are doing. Some folks really are in need.
Please get more shopping carts. There's less than 5 buggies for the whole store. *Updated* Prices are getting so high for donated things. It's kind of outrageous. They also don't offer any discounts anymore. I visit but not too often.
Love going into the West Arkansas store in Arli ngton. Have found many kitchen items in fantastic condition there, among other items. All in acceptable, good, and new condition. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Be nice to them!

I will never go back to this store again the manager who came to help me was rude to the employees and then had attitude I don’t always go to this store I pay my money and shop free at the Goodwill I go too it hurts my feelings that a manager would chest tides the employees in front
