If I could give less I would. One of the three pairs of men's shorts we wanted to buy had no tag. The others were 6.99. My husband thought he knocked it off in the fitting room, and saw a tag on the bench and put it in the pocket. We told the girl with blond braids at the front where it was and we thought we dropped it. She immediately started shaking her head over and over acting rather irritated. I asked her what was wrong and she said it was the wrong tag. They were women's shorts. They were on the men's rack. She just kept shaking her head but looking away as if we were trying to steal. I don't steal!!! She was hateful and shouldn't work in customer service. We walked out and said we didn't need them nor did we need to be treated like scammers. I will only donate to Mission Arlington going forward. Goodwill has no "good will" and will never get my business again.

At this store they have black young lady with RED! hair is super rude disrespectful to elderly people about asking a question. Saying she is grown she answers the way she wants. Very nasty attitude unprofessional stay away from this store until she be replace. Time 11:43 Thursday 7/10/25
Doing reviews on Google or Yelp is not my thing, but I just had to because it was something for my daughter. I was looking for a desk for my daughter. I decided to stop at Goodwill to see what they have. I have found great items at a lower price before. It was a mistake that I'd never make again! I got this desk, and it was the most disgusting thing that I have ever seen in my life. It was full with junk. No one bothered to clean it up before they sell it. It was my mistake because I should have looked inside before it was loaded in my car.
This store is trash. Goodwill in general is trash now. Picked up 2 of the same item, a glass candle holder with metal bottom. They had put a tag on both pieces and tried to charge me for both pieces of the one item. Seriously it was all one piece! How's that for GOODWILL! GREEDY chain store now!
Prices are high but nice selections of clothing and tables wear
Safety concern that they turn the lights off BEFORE close. I was with a blind client and they almost got hurt just searching for the exit. Do better. If you want people to leave before 7:00 then close at 6:30 instead of doing that or better yet turn the music off since that is not a fire hazard.

I stopped coming to this store due to it always being extremely messy, since it was raining and I didn’t want to drive further out to the thrift stores I generally shop at. I decided to give it one more go. The items were priced to high!!! This store had lots of volunteers who all looked like some busy worker ants but no interaction from any employees. You know a friendly hello or how is your day going. Friendliness goes a long ways. More smiles or in this case any smiles would do. I did happen to find this nice cup. Might come back might not.
