They literally are given all of their inventory and a lot of their employees are doing community service which is free labor. With that being said, the prices are ridiculously high. I used to have fun shopping at Goodwill but I rarely shop there anymore.
It's ok
Good will sucks and I feel they should not use the pretenses of a faith based mission associated with them. Just because of my criminal history and Me leaving a program that wasn't beneficiary to assist with actual getting me transition. I come to find when re-enroll to get help nothing about they process changed nor can I even get help.
This is my "go to" place for many things. I have been a Goodwill shopper for years. I don't have anything negative to say about Goodwill. Not only do they have great things to choose from but the positive things they do for the people in the city is great. "CHANGING LIVES BY THE POWER OF WORK" they help many people in a positive way. Good Stuff! Give by giving back. Success story!
This place is awesome! Whenever we are bored at home we go walking around the store. They always have something for us. Very disappointed they closed down Julia's Attic to turn it into office space.
Always some unique finds or some vintage movies on dvd. Today I found these brand new Adidas (in the box) for 24.99. Not bad. Picked up a couple.
It was easy to find and had a wide selection of sneakers and clothing
I frequent the shop. I believe the prices to be not only reasonable but quite affordable.
The manager was kind enough to let me use the bathroom a few minutes before opening. Lisa was attentive and kept a smile on her face while assisting me. Angel, the parking attendant, was friendly and very knowledgeable when explaining the validation process. The store was beautifully decorated for fiesta. It was kind of difficult to get to the store with all the construction, however my experience inside and out as far as customer service exceeded my expectations.
Great goodwill downtown near the historic area of San Antonio! Friendly staff and well organized!
