Found a great skirt and staff was super friendly and smiling. Also, they didn't give me any problems with my service dog shopping with me!
Great price range on all selected and desired clothing: as a second hand retail store; I give thumbs up. Retail representatives cheerful as expected or more so.
Kinda high price points compared to other cities... clothes in good shape but dresses, mens shorts, and kids clothes not organized by size. Tiny book area.

I went searching for what I needed and I found them. All but 2 items were half off! Saved quite a bit. Very friendly cashiers. Clean and just about everything in order.
It was a excellent experience I found a great looking shirt that was In my sides plus it was heavy starched just like I like it . I love finding bargains like this one . 😎
I called GW for a home pickup. They were to pickup a loveseat and night stand. As they were taking the loveseat from upstairs, they damaged my wall. I called back to GW to see what would be done about my wall damage. They stated they would call me back by noon today (they told me this yesterday at 1:30pm). It is now 24 hours later and I have yet to receive a call back. This is ridiculous. I guess I will have better luck with Salvation Army.
This is a great store in an easy to get to location very close to the center of downtown. It was clean and organized with a lot of selection.
Rude Rude Rude ASSOCIATES! I would give half star but cant..this location gives Goodwill a bad name.. upon walking in WE get looked at like were street trash and just there to steal.. once ready to check out NO ONE came to assist 2 employees looked at us and nope nothing.. Should have just stole hahaha
