I love this place for its great deals. However most of the staff aren't very helpful, if you need something that's locked up you have to wait until your in line to tell them to go get it for you (if you remember by then and if they can find the keys) Also usually a good bit of "riff-raff" around the building and in the store. The lines are RIDICULOUSLY long if you go here after 3pm during the week and like 1pm on weekends. Like all the way to the back of the store long. But if you have the patience the deals are totally worth it. What would be $150-200 anywhere else is like $75-125 here if you clip the coupons, and trust me it's worth it to not have to pay ridiculously high prices.
Who gives this place five stars? Are they bots hired by the Kroger? This could be one of the worst grocery stores in the city. Sure it's a lot cleaner than it was say 10-15 years ago, but it's still an absolute nightmare to shop there. I mean unless you have literally hours on hand. The lines are sooo longI mean it's not THAT cheap. Especially these days. Grocery Outlet is way better, cheaper and their line is blazing fast. I've always hated going there and now, even more so.
On most days the checkout lines are extremely long and not enough lanes open. The amount of homeless people walking around in there stuffing their backpacks is ridiculous, they walk out through a lane that is not open and no one says anything. I thought only service animals were allowed but again no one says anything. There is so much more I can vent about but I don’t have the time.
The price is always just right. Even though it seems expensive, it’s still affordable. On this day we went, Wednesday morning about 8:45am, it wasn’t busy. The staff are always friendly & smiling, even when it’s a busy day, with the line all way to the back of the store.
One of the Best grocery stores. Prices are on food and cigarettes are better than expected.Cashiers are some of the Coolest Cashiers I've seen with the amount of Customer's pressure they deal with. BEAUTIFUL SCENERY of City Skyline after shopping at this Grocery store FOODS CO.
THEY HAVE RATS 🐀🐁THEY HAVE RAT TRAPS BEHIND THE FOOD THE RATS EAT THE DOG FOOD AND THE PRODUCE AND THEY HOP OUT OF THE FREEZERS YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR 2 HOURS JUST TO CHECK OUT AN HOUR AT THE MOST I SEEN A RAT EATING SUGAR I SEEN A RAT IN THE VEGETABLES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY CUSS YOU OUT THE MANAGER WILL CUSS YOU OUT TOO DON'T GET ME WRONG THE PRICE FOR THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT NOT IF A RAT BEEN EATING ON IT IF YOUR FOOD HAS A HOLE IN IT A RAT HAS BEEN EATING IT IF YOU BUY SOME MEAT TAKE IT HOME PUT WATER ON IT TO SEE IF IT HAVE ANY HOLES IN IT OR IF IT'S A BAG OPEN THE BAG PUT WATER IN IT AND SEE IF WATER STREAMS FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG BAD FREEZERS DON'T KEEP THE FOOD COLD OR FROZEN THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE ON THE NEWS
Why such long checkout lines? It doesn't save anyone any money when so many carts are abandoned because if the wait in line.
Foods Co. Let me tell you what it is. Its as if food max and WinCo intermingled and BAM! BOOM! There's Foods Co. It has all the multicultural foods, overpriced cereal. And Gatorade flavors they haven't made since 1999 are all 4 for a buck. They never have bananas in stock? And they actually have super good deals. I went there for some rice pudding and a couple other snacks and was there for 2 hours and spent waaay to much money. I love it!
The prices are unbeatable for those struggling to hold onto what money they got after rent. HOWEVER: BRING YOUR OWN BAGS OR CART. The only bags this place has are handle-less (yes, no handles) and are all paper bags. The bathroom (I imagine, whichever gendered one you use) is small and doesn't look the best. Imagine almost finishing your groceries and having to hit the toilet just to realize there's not really a way to hold your stuff. This is a problem I faced as a lone shopper. Other than that... I plan to hit this one up again. TL;DR: Pricing can't be beat; bring your own bags or cart
they gotta stop hiding the shopping carts, I don't know if the manager plan it but i know homeless people stealing foods and stealing the shopping carts. Im just guessing but im annoyed they cant get more carts for all the shoppers. this is ridiculous, add more shopping carts. people are getting mad!!
