This location is extremely slow on Monday afternoons around rush-hour. however, if you shop here on Thursday nights or Friday night, this location is extremely fast and efficient. They do have excellent customer service.
never spent less than 30 minutes in line - how can a store even call itself a store if one or two people in line causes hour long waits? you’re better off paying more elsewhere to save your time.
HORRIBLE rude security guard. Why do the doors close at 10:45 if online it says you’re open until 11? That’s extremely disrespectful to your customers and their time just because YOU want to go home earlier. That’s not how any other store works. If a customer walks in right before close then you SERVE THEM because that’s your JOB. And she couldn’t even be nice about it, she was antagonizing me and treating me like I was dumb for not knowing something that isn’t posted ANYWHERE. I’ve worked in customer service and I am a manager myself and I would absolutely not be okay with my staff talking to someone the way this guard did. She deliberately escalated things instead of being polite like she’s being paid to do.
Always has long lines at checkout. Also do look a our daes on products. I've brought home some bad stuff quite regularly. My husband made me start shopping at Safeway. Waaay too expensive also long lines but I'm going to start going to foodco again and just beore careful what I bring home
Pretty nice, everything I needed. Fresh produce & better prices than Safeway. Extra things to look at or buy. Pleasant visit
This place was not what I expected. Upon entering the store there was a random dog running around the store and people soliciting in the parking lot and inside the business. The stock was really bare most places and the people inside had a lot of commotion. The security guard was a really nice guy. I ended up going to the men’s restroom and somehow did not have a lock on the stall door. Unfortunately the entire restroom was trashed and everything was broken. Including the sink faucet. I would highly suggest going elsewhere where else if you’re concerned for safety and privacy in the restroom.
Im disapointed and the bakery behind the bakery glass door where they sale the 1 dollar cookies there are never any cookies there ,now whats going on? is the barkery staff taking the cookies home and selling them plus the head baker at the cashier dont speak english you need to hire some more people, people who will do there job, how do we even order a cake if the staff can't speak english huhhhh
The worst manager service, 2 hours to pay I asked if they can open one more line of service but they say no. Over 60 peoples on one line to sad
Great prices overall. Fun unexpected sales with exceptional savings. Only drawback can be VERY long lines. Plan either a long wait or schedule trip for slower times.
I see why this location gets mixed reviews. There are fewer deals than Safeway, but a few discounts can be much deeper than anywhere else. The selection is pretty good and the Kroger store brands are often affordable. The lines are quite long and a bit slow despite all the checkstands being operated. The parking lot has a lot of spaces blocked by dumped shopping carts.
