I went in this store to grab some chips and a few other items. I was looking for the 2 for a dollar potato chips like the ones I'm used to buying at the 1 on Williams. They didn't have them. They had 2 for five dollars. So I purchased some chips and a couple other items. I got in and out pretty quick. The staff was hella cool. The guy in front of me let me go ahead of him because I only had a few items. The cashier was hella cool. 👍🏾👌🏾🤟🏾💪🏾
Some of the best prices for groceries in San Francisco but parking is a hassle and they never have carts available
Unfortunately I have been shopping here for years because the prices are the best. However the food is essentially Kroger getting rid of near expired food!! There is ALWAYS lines that have 20+40 people in them. The staff is horrible and security on numerous occasions have literally tried to start fights with myself over my ADA service animal and countless other people. This "company" should be put out of business @
SERIOUSLY WHY THEY ONLY HAVE ONE DOOR OPEN ITS THE ENTRANCE ONE AND TO GET OUT YOU HAVE TO GO AROUND CAUSE THEY BLOCK THE EXITS ALSO THEY BLOCKED THE REGISTER SO YOU ARE TRAP REALLY ARE THAT STUPID. IN AN EMERGENCY PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO EXIT THE STORE PLEASE CALL THE SF FIRE DEPARTMENT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT IT OR THE CITY I DID ALREADY CAUSE ITS DANGEROUS
It’s dirty. Expired food on the shelves of every aisle. No more than 3 registers open at a time which leads to long lines like really, really long lines.
I got for the fresh Produce. When they're available... They were low in stock of produce at this visit. I know with the raising food costs, its no longer a great deal for Produce but their meats dept is trying their best to keep their prices completive!
In my opinion they have the longest lines. That iv ever seen in my entire life. Also costumes service is pretty rude.
Never enough cashiers lines are always long spend 45 minutes at least each time. Manager is rude.
NO MATTER WHAT DAY OR TIME YOU GO.... THERE IS ALWAYS THE LONGEST LINES.... IT MAKES YOU THINK ABOUT LEAVING.
I have been shopping at this store for well over twenty years. It is affordable, pretty clean, well stocked, appears to constantly get in new items and seems to attempt to keep up-to-date with food and product trends. I have recently noticed increased healthy food options, so nice job there! Please begin to stock quiona! And please improve upon the "Asian" section--not enough options and variety and price points are too high compared to community Asian stores. Also!!! Please be sure NOT to ring up customers twice for the same (most expensive, MIGHT I ADD) items. I get it, mistakes happen, but after three times, something aint right and we need answers and refunds! Check your receipts, people. This has happened to me on several occasions, more than a handful of times with specific cashiers, and when I called the store to report--no answer. At least a few hundred dollars have been had! Be careful. Humans make mistakes but patterns don't lie and I am cautious when my items are being scanned. I always check my receipt now before leaving. Items are well stocked and plentiful majority of the time. I love the seasonsl section, I can tell mgmt. And store buyers are putting effort into bringing customers better products and wider variety and selections. Thank yall for that. Cashiers are mostly all very friendly, efficient and do what they are there to do. Only complaint is make sure, mgmt , you are treating your staff well with dignity and respect! It shows when ppl are unhappy and us customers get the brunt of it! Happy workers make happy customers. Thank you all for keeping this store alive. We need foodsco. Note: Security in the parking lot needs improvement (terrible lighting, needs cameras and staffing, possibly unsafe for women especially!). A lot of encampments in the area and dark alley's so please do something to make us feel safer, esp. At night and early mornings. One last note: if you say you close at 10, please stop closing doors at 9 and rushing out shopping customers. This is rude, unprofessional and ruins the shopping experience! I understand we want to get home to our families, but hours are hours change them online and at the doors if you need to be off earlier.
