Did a two hour harbour cruise a few days ago, was a really relaxing and informative experience, we were lucky enough to see a submarine leaving port, and get a free flyover from the naval Base. The tour guides were respectful and clear. The cruise offered drinks and snacks to buy. Today I tried their other experience, The Patriot Jet Boat... wow that thing is a blast to ride. Absolutely breathtaking. Take the tour and seek the thrill if you can.
We had an amazing time on the sightseeing cruise! It was super comfortable and relaxing. There were three decks with plenty of seating. On the top deck, there were tables with chairs and benches along the rails. There was also a snack bar with beer, soft drinks, snacks, and hot dogs. We did the two-hour tour, which combined the one-hour north bay tour, a return to the dock, and the South Bay tour. If you’re a navy fan, you’ll love this tour. We saw multiple bases, almost every type of ship in service, and different types of aircraft. The bay was beautiful, and the narrator was great - informative and entertaining. I highly recommend taking this cruise; it should be on your must-do list for San Diego!
Sunday Dinner On The Bay. Boat is nice, views are fantastic, personal is great, but food? If you like boxed mashed potatoes and overcooked slice of brisket at $100 a pop, maybe you'll like it. Oh, and the waiter cleaned some greasy drop from the rim of my plate with a finger. Right in front of me
Did the two hour two on the Spirit of San Diego. Boat is definitely showing its' age. One stall in the women's restroom was out of order but the entire restroom stunk & wasn't very clean. Audio is hard to hear on lower level. Not enough seats on the upper level that many people had to stand during the tour, which made it difficult for people who were seated to see anything. The South side tour was definitely more interesting & informative. The North side was lacking in information from the guide. All in all it was ok but I don't feel it was worth the cost. Plus you have to pay for parking.
Had a fun family outing and didnt realize that the price went up but they were very generous to accommodate handicap children...jk!

Overall, the 2-hour harbor tour with Flagship Cruises was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. It’s a great option for both visitors and locals looking to enjoy the beautiful sights of San Diego from the water. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the city’s waterfront in a relaxing and informative way!
The food & views were amazing. We had to call for our waiter a few times due to them being short staffed. Other than that, I would recommend going on this dinner cruise when visiting San Diego.
My wife and I cruised the north AND south harbour tours with this company. We HIGHLY recommend it! Comfortable ship with bar and clean restrooms. Great narration (informative with funny moments) throughout two hours. We saw aircraft carriers, other war and hospital ships, submarines, aircraft and helicopters. And lots of seals on the north tour. Our top tip is to purchase tickets on Groupon. Your booking is then processed at the ticket office (they would not price-match directly).
We come here early morning, around 10 and not much people, good to have a cruise at that time. it has good view and the best part is your see the naval ship.......amazing close up view..........so cool.........it is an hours cruise but full of fun
