They have a deceptive billing/checking out process that auto signs you up for a monthly VIP membership. It should be an opt in check box and not default during checking out. It's not worth buying their clothes to then deal with the monthly charge annoyance.

I liked the clothes, but canceling my membership was way too difficult. I had to live chat with a customer service person and tell them three different times to cancel my membership before they did it

Great store great clothes. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is the experience in the change room. I am always short on time and I just want to go in and try my clothes on....not be asked a million questions and have someone try to sign me up.

Decent but not terribly good products, a bit overpriced. Watch out if you get their VIP membership they will try to not let you cancel your membership, very annoying to have to call multiple times.

I felt obligated to come back to update my review of Fabletics. I was very disappointed that they didn't come through at Christmas however once I made my post I was immediately contacted by customer service. They couldn't have been more concerned and truly cared about the negative experience. Samar Batshon might be the nicest person I have never met. She continued to email me and even asked me to call her and I could tell she was almost as perplexed as me concerning the original mess up. She was so good i am going to give Fabletics another chance because everyone makes mistakes. Bravo Fabletics and Samar for making it right.

To the DESIGNERS of Fabletics: I LOVE your leggings, they are exceptional for Plus size women! However, most of the the tops that are made for plus size women from Fabletics are SHORT, SEE THROUGH and TIGHT FITTING. I am a 2x Plus size woman and I find the tops that are made Offensive to Plus size women! I can assure you that Most Plus size women do Not want to wear a Short, See Through or Tight Fitting exercise top! ..There are always exceptions yet the Majority would say they want Long, Opaque, Loose Fitting yet Flattering styles.. Please, please take my comment under consideration.

I was trying to find my mom a nice Christmas gift and when I walked in the store, the store manager Amy ran over to me and was practically yelling at me and she looked like she just came out of world war 2. She was wondering if I had enough money to buy stuff at this store. I usually work with Ashley who is very good and helpful but this Amy girl is very unprofessional.

Layla is the best sales associate! I was in a hurry to get a gift and she helped me pick a fitting gift in 15 min. If you need style advice ask for her!

Do NOT like the way they set people up for their VIP membership. Very sleazy. I have places I frequently shop and recieve points or discounts for being a "VIP" customer but NONE of them just try and charge my card $50 a month for NOTHING. I will never shop here again.

WORST WASTEBAND FOR BOTH "CASUAL" AND "WORKOUT LEGGINGS" I have a muscular build especially in my legs I'm 135 5'3 36' 28' 36' my normal measurements I usually have some issues with medium leggings being perfect for my legs but too big in the waste for me but these topped the chart. Medium compression leggings from Victorias secret fit perfect on me. Fabletics has no compression in the wasteband for the two leggings I got. Don't waste your money unless u really find a pair in store that u like. I got these black fabletic leggings on the website and the black leggings have absolutely no support in the wasteband. And this is after I exchanged the small pair for being too small for my legs for a medium. I would have to have a beer gut to fill these out. Perfect MATERNITY leggings. The other pair of flowery graphic leggings look amazing OFF and then when you put them on they look like they came from Walmart. It's acceptable the first few times wearing them since they looked fine if I covered up the wasteband but now they are getting so thinned out and dingy I can't wear them anymore. Fabric becomes 3 shades lighter and practically white in the butt if you have any shape to you. Very uncomfortable to squat in due to feeling like they are see-through. Too bad these are the worst leggings I have ever owned because the fabric leggings feel nice but attracts hair and I can't wear them because the wasteband is ridiculously huge and has no compression. 👎👎👎👎👎
