EZ Kayak Tours and Rentals

This was our first time kayaking to the Emerald Cave. David and Gio were wonderful! They were on top of communication and made safety their top priority. We got super lucky and saw a bald eagle and a herd of big horn sheep. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He arrived on time, had the kayaks ready to go, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process effortless. What really stood out was his professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but David exceeded every expectation. The kayaks were in excellent condition, the delivery and pickup were seamless, and he made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing day on the water. If you’re considering renting kayaks, don’t hesitate. This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable rental experiences I’ve ever had. David is a true asset to the company, and because of him, we’ll absolutely be renting again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch experience. 10/10 service. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! My brother and I booked a kayaking session the day of and Gio was extremely accommodating. The customer service is top tier. Gio made sure we knew exactly where to meet up and sent us pictures ahead of time because there’s no service close to the river. When we got there he made sure to fit us in our life vests and even provided a box of snacks and bottles of water (definitely came in clutch!) This is definitely a beginner friendly activity. We had no prior kayaking experience at all and found it very doable after finding our rhythm. Gio made sure to show us the proper technique and corrected our form until we got the hang of it. After guiding us to Bob’s beach, we rowed out independently to explore. The views are spectacular! 4 hours is plenty of time to explore at your own pace to Emerald Cove and get back to the launch area. Because we booked so last minute, we missed the time slot for the guided tour but Gio kindly accompanied us to Bob’s beach. Along the way, Gio shared interesting tidbits of history and facts with us and also pointed out many things we would’ve missed - big horn sheep, turkey vultures, blue herons, etc. The full guided tour would’ve been well worth it! We also noticed that everyone here is very environmentally conscious and enforce strict measures to make sure we’re not disrupting natural habitats like leaving trash behind. Gio even pointed out to save any bees that fall in the water since bees are key players in our ecosystem! Overall a 10/10 experience! Kayaking turned out to be super fun, the views were so beautiful, and EZ Kayak Tours were amazing. Highly recommend!

We decided to go kayaking on a whim on our last day of vacation and had a fantastic experience! Gio was very helpful providing us information prior to arriving so we knew where to go and what to expect. David helped us get setup on site and provided recommendations on where to go, in addition to having water and snacks for our trip! They also provide waterproof bags and phone cases, sunscreen, hats, and pretty much anything you need to make your trip seamless and enjoyable. Top notch service - thank you!

EZ Kayak was an excellent choice for us! They have some of the best customer service and communication we’ve ever experienced. They truly thought of everything, hats for the sun, a cooler stocked with snacks, bottled water, and clear directions that made finding them super easy. From start to finish, they took amazing care of us. If you’re looking for a great kayak company, these are your people. 11/10 experience. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely wonderful!

We came in October in a group of 4 and got two tandem kayaks. The whole experience was extremely organized. We took the 8am tour and got back around noon. We were provided with plenty of water and snacks. The tour was comfortable, relaxing and absolutely awe inspiring... On the way to the emerald cave we were the only ones on the river. On the way back we had so much fun! We stopped at a beach to swim. We took a short hike. Our tour guide, Don, was amazing. He took 75 pictures of our group. We raced at the end... He won. We will have to train and come back again next year!

Gio and David were awesome! We reserved the kayaks to be self guided, but were surprised to have received snacks AND photos AND a mini tour from Gio during our visit. David and Dutch the pup were also so helpful in loading and unloading the kayaks for us. Highly recommend them and when in the area again, we will be back!

We had an amazing experience on this kayak tour! Our guide, David, was knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Gio, the owner, was awesome as well—super welcoming and clearly passionate about what he does. The whole experience was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our family had such an amazing experience with EZ Kayak today at Willow Beach! Gio truly deserves every one of these 5 stars. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly patient, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything we needed to prepare before the trip. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of even before we arrived. He thoughtfully prepared snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit for us, and even provided sun hats and waterproof phone holders to keep our phones safe from falling into the water. Gio also took the time to teach us how to paddle properly, recommended the best spots to stop along the way, and shared the best times to enjoy the scenery. The kayaks from EZ Kayak were excellent quality — stable, easy to paddle, and not shaky at all. As someone who is afraid of water and cannot swim, I was honestly nervous at first, but I ended up truly enjoying the entire experience thanks to how safe and comfortable everything felt. Today became one of the most memorable parts of our family trip. Gio’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made everyone in our family feel genuinely happy and cared for. Highly, highly recommend EZ Kayak if you are visiting Willow Beach!
