Fabulous experience. It started with a last-minute booking (literally 12 hours in advance) that they were happy to accommodate. Fantastic guide, unexpected snacks (which were good!), beautiful scenery. Emerald Cave was just a small aspect of this wonderful trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We rented two individual kayaks to go up Black Canyon from Willow Beach on 12/27/25, and would 100% rent from EZ Kayaks again! We are two moderately experienced kayakers who have rented from multiple companies in the past. EZ Kayak's equipment was all in good shape, and they gave us helpful advice for when we were out on the water on where to go and places to see. They even provided snacks and water for us to enjoy when we got there! We recommend them from first time paddlers to those who are more experienced. Gio was reliable, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. Thank you for the wonderful experience!! This made our trip to Vegas immensely more enjoyable.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I honestly don’t know why I waited this long to go kayaking. From start to finish, everything was amazing. David was incredible—so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. He shared the history of the area and pointed out the wildlife, fish, and other animals along the way, which made the experience feel so special and memorable. The views were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it was such a fun way to spend the day. Definitely recommend, and we will be calling to rebook with a larger group come March! ☆Update☆ One year later, 3/22/26 Just amazing! Gio and David are the real deal with their customer service! Communication, amenities offered, and even delivering perfect weather conditions 😀 Looking forward to making this an annual trip for our group (we had 12 this time). See you next year!
I don’t even know where to start. This was just PERFECT! Everything about it was perfect. It all started 3 days ahead of the trip. Gio texted to give instructions, recommendations, guidance, address, all the possible information you can think off. Everyday he’ll check on you to make sure you didn’t have any questions. Then the day of the rental, David was already waiting for us at the Beach. He was so nice and very attentive. He set up our kayaks and prepared them up with water bottle, snacks, waterproof phone cases, dry bag and water pump. He explained everything and what to find along the route and gave us recommendations too. On our way back, to the beach we found him kayaking too and he offered to take a picture of all of us in the middle of the canyon, row to the marina, brought the truck so we didn’t have to go all the way to the beach again. We had amazing weather and the water was pristine! It was an amazing day and EZ rentals made it a lot better!!!
We had such a wonderful experience with EZKayak. We were treated like family. From the owner Gio, to our guide David, to all the supplies including photos sessions and snacks. David shared history of the area which added to the experience. I highly recommend EZKayak without hesitation.
Our experience was five star from the very start. Everyone we interfaced with was kind and considerate. I felt safe and protected from star to finish. The experience itself was beyond our expectations. Our guide David was all you could expect from the name. He taught us, supported us and made us laugh. Snacks were above and beyond and while in the river truly recognized how fortunate we were to have booked with them. Don’t be afraid. We were 70 and it was amazing!!!
