Treat your clients better. Give them the respect they deserve and be more transparent.
I recently visited this urgent care and had a wonderful experience. I came in with pink eye and was seen by Lauren, who took excellent care of me. She quickly knew exactly what I needed and was able to treat me the same day. I left with antibiotics and was feeling much better within just a couple of days. What really stood out to me was that Lauren personally followed up to make sure I was recovering well — something you rarely see from an urgent care clinic. The entire process was incredibly convenient, especially since I could walk right across the street to CVS to pick up my prescription. Overall, the staff made the experience easy and stress-free. I will definitely be back if I ever need urgent care again.
