I have been going to ERC for over 15 years. This place is amazing. I Don't even go any where else but here. I love the staff how professional & helpful they are Antonio, & Joshua receptionist are awesome. And Milly the intake nurse is Exceptional. I'm giving 5 stars. Oh and by the way it is so clean here. Cleaner then any clinic I have stepped foot in. I'm happy 😊
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND I genuinely couldn’t wait to post this review because everyone needs to know about this phenomenal facility (even though i really want to gate keep because everyone was just amazing) from THE MOMENT I called the office. JuJu (love you boo) was amazing. assisted with scheduling me in for a SAME DAY appointment. Angel at the front desk was just incredible, so pleasant. the facility is clean, and very welcoming, validated parking, right next to the hard rock cafe in a beautiful busy area of atlanta. I’m honestly surprised it wasn’t packed. LOOK NO FURTHER PEOPLE! just trust me. my provider Kate was just splendid, i can’t say enough nice things about her. she listened to my every concern, was so kind and sincere with her response, no judgement, and truly made me feel like she cared i couldn’t ask for a better health care provider. THANK YOU ALL! so much, i truly appreciate my experience here. the epitome of excellent healthcare, im so thankful to have found you all <3

Some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Everyone from the front desk team to the medical assistant and the doctors who saw me handled me in a way that was impeccable. Even though I was under the weather facing done excruciating pain from strep Lauren and the team shed some rays of sunlight on that gloomy day.
ERC is a a beneficial and highly recommended therapeutic program to help diverse demographics deal with case management, health and wellness, and mental health issues. Staff here are very caring and the atmosphere is very inclusive for all people of all lifestyles. A caring nonjudgmental safe place to receive treatment either physically or mentally. This place has helped me tremendously get my life together, and I have first hand seen it work for many other people as well. I am greatly appreciative to the staff here for all the hard and diligent work they put into making ERC a conducive therapeutic program.
I popped in to ERC for a Flu shot, the staff was super friendly, the vibes were great, and the whole process was fast and painless. I was in and out before I could even finish scrolling my phone. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and centrally located downtown Atlanta. If you need a flu shot or any other health services, this is the place to go!
Fast quick service didn't have to wait this is the place you want to go if you need something right away. Painless!
I had a lovely experience with both the providers here and the staff. There were plenty of appointments available when I called and information about my concerns were answered over the phone. Also information about the parking was given to me over the phone; which was free and validated. Dr. Kate took the time to listen to me and really make me feel comfortable during my time here. Ms.Shay did an excellent job drawing my blood. it was the most painless extraction I have ever had. Both of them really were great to me. There was little to no wait and I would recommend this location to anyone I care about! I will definitely be returning here
