The Staff Were Very Welcoming, Helpful And Sweet. They Provided Great Customer Service In A Very Timely Manner While Providing The Proper Care.
I was treated very pleasantly from the moment I entered ERC. They saw to me promptly and did not deny me access even though I arrived late and did not have my paperwork fully completed. The nurse was very knowledgeable and informed me about what would happen prior to and during my check up. They even validated my parking 🙌🏾 I would highly recommend!
Ms. Angel, Ms. Edwards and Ms. Lauren along with behavior manager Joshua were amazingly sweet and attentive to my care and needs. Give them a raise!!
This facility is amazing, I have no insurance and was looking for a reasonable place to be seen giving my recent test results. I made a call and spoke to Opal she was a great help through this whole process from the time I spoke with her on the phone until my appointment day. A very clean and professional establishment.
I love the staff here. Coming to this place was the best decision I have ever made. For my body health & mental health. I recommend anyone to come here. And the staff makes you feel comfortable. They welcome you.
I would like to tell you about a wonderful program called the empowerment Resource Center and they are so awesome they were very polite answered all my questions found the resources that I needed to have did a lot of blood work help me talk about my health and we're kind about it they listen very well and I would like to give a shout out to them for they are an awesome team/ they have a awesome program for mental health as well check it out!!

This place has amazing customer service! Everyone greeted me with a smile (even the person on the phone that I called). This location is very convenient & even though it’s a doctor’s office they make you feel at home. Thank you for taking care of me on my travels! 💚
Extremely nice and professional facility. The empowerment resource center is located in a building on peach tree. The only obstacle you will possibly have is finding it. Every employee is respectful and adds to the safe ambience you experience during your visit. I highly recommend this location.
