I recently hired Jesse to install a new water heater and replace a pressure valve. As always, his work was exceptional (He previously installed a shower for ume.) In addition to completing the assigned tasks, he took the time to explain how to maintain the new heater and how to minimize damage if a leak ever occurs. His craftsmanship was precise, clean, and efficient — a real professional. I strongly recommend him and will definitely hire him again for future projects.
I had a wonderful experience with Emerald City Energy Windows! Corey, Hanson, and the rest of the install crew were great during the replacement and install of my 11 windows. The crew was very professional, polite, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Getting the I itial quote through them was also an easy process! Overall, very happy with our new windows!
Jesse is great! I’ve been using McLendons Home services for close to 10 years. They have done all of my plumbing, new windows, new walk shower and most recently all of the plumbing related with our kitchen remodel. I’ve had Jesse replace all of the valves inside of the home. He is very meticulous about every small detail and makes sure the job is done correctly the first time! Definitely recommend!

We recently had our doors installed and the experience was excellent. While the scheduling process can be a bit of a hurdle due to long lead times, the final result is well worth the wait. The installation itself was seamless. Hanson and Hector were a fantastic team—professional, efficient, and highly skilled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
Changed install date several times, then installed the window at the wrong height. Very very frustrated with this company. I specifically told him not to cut until I saw a photo of where he wanted to cut and he sent a photo on WhatsApp and didn't tell me it sent the photo. I couldn't not respond. A quick phone called could have prevented this. I really wanted to like this company and use them because they are so local, but I would not recommend. Update: Contractor for tile discovered that they chipped EVERY SINGLE tile around their cuts and cuts were much too large. This turned a simple tile repair into a complete retile of an entire wall. DO NOT RECOMMEND for adding a window unless you are prepared to spend a fortune on a large repair job. I understand a tile here and there being fractured, and that did happen with 2 tiles. But a sloppy cut job that requires a full remediation project was not on my agenda. They should be offering to pay for this and the tile. Added $1000 to the project above the $800 initially budgeted to tile the surround. The last one is a crack that I understand can happen. The others are just very inferior work.
Working with Emerald City was a wonderful experience. From the first call to the in home visit to speak of options, follow-up, billing and the final install by Ben and Nelson, was over the top. I had a broken framed window replaced and a changed two vertical sliding windows replace with picture glass and pass through at my kitchen sink. The custom design turned out perfect with check-ins to be certain we attained the purpose with size. I was informed and felt heard.
Jesse recently installed an InstaHot kitchen hot water heater. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. I have used Jesse in the past for a hot water heater installation. I will definitely use him again, and highly recommend!
Jessie has been doing plumbing work for me for many many years. Jessie is a genuine expert in all aspects of plumbing! You wont find anyone better. He has done repipes, fixture installs, and very tricky plumbing repairs on an old house with galvanized pipes. He is an honest standup guy! Tom Kilroy
