Hired Emerald City Energy to replace an exterior door - great experience from the sales contact, estimator (Terry), and installers (Riley and Nelson). Will absolutely use them avain as needs arise.
We had our back door replaced. We are very happy with our door. All staff at Emerald City were very kind and know what they do. They are also very patient despite my frequent inquiries. Tipton and another crew came to install our door. They did a fantastic job and did not leave any mess. Even after the job was already done Tipton was very kind to respond my text messages with ignorant questions. I would highly recommend Emerald city.
I had some seals in my Milgard wndows fail and ECE did the work to replace the glass for me. It was easy to work with them, one initial phone call and follow ups by text/email messages after that. RIley came out to take measurements and later came back when the glass was ready to do the actual replacement. The work was very well done.
We needed to replace most of the windows and the front door in our 100+ year old house. Emerald City Energy had the product we were looking for at a very competitive price. Their process was really efficient and professional from start to finish. The estimator/sales guy (Frank) showed up when he was supposed to, gave us great guidance and turned the quote around in short order. He was also very accommodating as we went back and forth deciding on details, revising the quote, etc. Likewise, the installation crew (Rusty and Mike) showed up as scheduled, did great work and were completely un-fazed by the many idiosyncrasies presented by our century old house. They finished the project on time and cleaned up after themselves and, on top of that, they were very personable and easy to have around. All around a great experience. I highly recommend this firm.

The entire team at Emerald City Energy was top notch. From Frank in sales, Rebeca in scheduling to Hansen and Cory who installed the windows. Absolutely thrilled with my new windows. Even more impressed with the install Dream Team- courteous, efficient, and really skilled craftsman. (They replaced windows and made openings for new windows, including liner and trim.)

Had to get a very-barely-a-door door between home and garage replaced with an actual fire rated door, and Emerald City were the guys I ended up going with—between consultation, pricing, getting the job done, and everything in between, they did a great job and we’re really happy with the service we were provided with.
