Emerald City Energy was fantastic to work with. They were patient and accommodating for a lot of back and forth as we decided on the type of windows and prices that fit best with our home and budget. The installation process was even better, with the team led by Tipton. Super friendly, calm, positive, team with great communication, they got the job done quickly, quietly, and with quality, even when there was a freak August rainstorm for one full day of the two day installation. We upgraded all 9 windows on our ground floor, each with their own style and specifications, and they look amazing! We’re enjoying the upgrade even more than we hoped for, and excited to have the improved windows for the rest of Summer and then to have for the first time during the coming chilly and rainy months. Highly recommend working with this company!

We have a 1919 farmhouse with single pane aluminum frame window's which needed replacement. Quotes from Champion, Pella, and Anderson were in the ten thousand dollar per window range. Emerald City Energy quote was five nice windows and installation for four thousand dollars. Hanson, Nelson and Cory our window installers did an awesome job. They were very thorough and pleasant to work with. They paid particular attention to detail and cleaned up constantly. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our Millgard windows.
I worked with Kyle Swanson on the replacement of two double-pane windows. Very easy process, from initial measurement to the actual installation. Clear and consistent communication from Kyle throughout. Ben and Nelson just completed the install. They showed up on time, completed the install quickly, and were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
Corey and his team did an amazing job installing my new front exterior door. They were on time, professional, and courteous. Our new door looks great. I will definitely use their service again.
Jesse was awesome! He came out to remove a PRV at our water main that was previously unknown to us. By removing the PRV at the water main we now only have 1 and not 2 PRV working. It made a huge difference with our water pressure. We are so pleased! THANK YOU!
Just had one window and a front door installed by Ben and Nelson from Emerald City. What a great experience. We are thrilled with the results. So happy we chose this company. We've already had neighbors come give us compliments and ask us who we used.
Emerald city energy was great to work with to get our front door replaced. Andy was great with helping us pick the door and walking us through what to expect. We were a bit unsure this being the first time replacing a front door but they guided us through the process. Lane kept us up to date on the door build and status to receive it and got the install scheduled quickly. Tipton was great to work with on install day. Very knowledgeable, quick and clean. I would recommend them over and over again.
Hanson and Corey did a great job installing my flooring in my family room. A few things I was appreciative of was the communication and promptness.They checked with me for a good time to begin the project, stated a time frame for completion and kept to this schedule. They actually finished a day early! And they played with my very vocal active doggie. I highly recommend Emerald City and hope to use them again soon for my door installation. Definitely 5 star!!!
