I had a window pane replaced and it went as smoothly as possible. The team was responsive and communicative. I'll go back to them if I need more window work done.
Emerald City Energy installed 6 windows in our house. Anthony was EXCELLENT helping to schedule our install date since we had a mold issue. Jose our lead installer and his crew where fast, efficient and explained everything they were doing. They did excellent work.
I hired their plumbing services. I have used them a few times and will always go back. Their prices are fair, they do what they say, their work is clean and to code, they do not nickel and dime, they show up on time, they clean up after they are done, and to top it off, they are nice!
Replaced our front doors recently and they did an excellent job. We’re extremely happy with the result and they were quick and efficient with the work. And cleaned up after themselves which we always appreciate!
Had two projects done this summer. Was able to go from quote to install very quick! Riley was very helpful figuring out how to get these internal windows installed.
Very pleased with the sliding glass door installation completed with Corey and Kyle. Workmanship was superb, cleanup was wonderful and nothing was damaged.
Emerald City installed a new door and frame to a shed we had renovated into a music room for our kids. The process from start to finish was great -- and in less time than we thought. The installation with Genan and his co-worker took about half a day, but it is a solid door without a speck of daylight coming in at the seams. It was well worth it.
Super happy from beginning to end! The guys were nice, respectful, cleaned up. Great communication throughout the process . Would totally use again and 100% recommend.

Emerald City Energy Job 56375 9/10 - 9/12/ 25 I’m very pleased! Replaced single pane aluminum with new Milgard. Product exceeds my expectations! From sales to final installment I was kept informed & consulted if needed. Hanson and another installer, (sadly I’ve forgotten his name) were respectful, kept me informed & did a great job!!! Went above & beyond, specifically with a problem window not “square”. Showed up on time and called when delayed (traffic). Cleaned up everything at end of day. Product Issues not resolved: The front door with 2 crooked skylight windows, I have not been contacted by Codel. Door slab needs to be replaced. Please pursue & have them contact me to make it right. Since this is my front door, my neighbors have jokingly asked about the crooked windows in the new front door. Making light of it, I smile, and say “waiting “ for replacement. Specifically if I’m asked who did the windows & door, your business is my answer. Then have to explain it’s a manufacturer defect, which leads to another question, why was it installed if it’s wrong?! Good question
