Being a new contractor to me, the introduction to the company and bid experience was seamless through Erika & Gabor. Gabor's professionalism and knowledge, along with his patience as I explained my situation, helped me feel at ease. While there is no decision yet on my project moving forward, I would be comfortable recommending your company to anyone.
Eco folks are easy to work with. Sam was intouch before our meeting, prompt in arriving and thorough in his review and estimate of my proposed project. A few weeks later Matt is a great help in working through the need I had to address an HVAC issue. When Luis and his colleague arrived, we talked through the options and they got to work. Eco has done work for me in Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC. That's who I call.
Needed a fireplace outlet in order to mount my television. Conner arrived and put shoe covers on and went right to work. Conner was polite, neat, quick and thorough. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Would highly recommend Eco Plumbing and Electric.
Zach promptly assessed our electrical problem and resolved the immediate issue. He also did a thorough review of our house and pointed out a lot of aging hardware. He explained potential problems well and proposed good upgrades.

Yall, what an exceptional company. Every single person we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and highly skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. We were so impressed with how we were treated and how quickly everything was installed. Nicest people we’ve ever worked with.
We had Eco out for an emergency electrical panel replacement. We were impressed with the whole Eco team Genesis, Conner, and Elijah. They had the emergency job completed from the first phone call to a complete panel install in just over 24-hours. It takes competency to respond that fast, work with PSE to disconnect/reconnect, as well as work with Kirkland’s inspector. You can’t do that if you don’t have a great reputation. Great experience! The folks at ECO were helpful, quick to respond, and accommodated my schedule. Gabor came out the same day inspected, educated me and shared his findings. It was the most thorough home appliance inspection I have ever had. He explained options for repair and replacing our old furnace. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and he scheduled it for less than one week later. The experience was pleasant and I appreciate ECO getting the ball rolling so quickly to keep my family warm and safe.
We had a low water pressure issue with our kitchen sink. I sent a message to Eco Electric, Plumbing, etc. Within a day, they had a person at our home taking a look at the sink. Evidently, we have multiple water lines, and Eco sorted them out, and resolved the low water pressure issue. While that does not seem extraordinary, what caught my attention was that they said, “no charge.” I was ready to pay, and asked are you sure. He said, “definitely.” While having the work done so quickly was the real benefit, it was nice to not be charged.
