Dr. Sims has such a warm and welcoming personality. I feel very safe with her as my doctor and I look forward to seeing her.
Dr. Kourtney is an awesome OBGYN. She's very personable and down-to-earth and explains things in a way that's easily understood. She is thorough in her examinations and is concerned about her patients' overall health. I highly recommend her.
Such an amazing doctor! She takes the time to talk you through all of your questions and concerns and also gives you different options for what your next steps should be. So happy to have found her!
Please reconsider using this provider. While she may be knowledgeable, the scheduling, multiple portals, and billing is difficult, resulting in unnecessary strife. To my knowledge, no in person visits are provided. Everything is virtual, which creates the need to secure additional doctors to compensate for the limited services offered by this provider.
Dr. Sims was very professional, friendly, and addressed every concern I had. She thoroughly explained what our next steps would be and what my homework was for our next visit.
Dr. Sims was wonderful and very thorough. I would give 4 stars because of the wait time (but they do give you a heads up about that in the office policy).
I had my virtual consultation appointment with Dr. Sims this week and am looking forward to what is to come. She thoroughly explained her practice and was open to all questions I had!
No communication at all after the appointment. Even if you request through their portal to have someone contact you about your results you never get a phone call. I’m an accountant not a doctor, so I don’t know how to read labs. Also tried to go through their portal to retrieve my lab results to take to my GP for assistance, and was told since I was inactive for three weeks I would have to make an official medical records request, which they didn’t know how long it would take. Basically the worst health care I’ve ever had in my life. I have insurance and would have been better off going to planned parenthood and paying them for healthcare. At least government subsidize health facilities know how to communicate with their patients.
