Doug and everyone at Dodd Construction are the best contractors we have ever worked with! They did an amazing job with multiple projects in our home. They were great with our budget and also were amazing at communicating timing and cost. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
Doug and his crew were outstanding. We had a small flood ruining the finished basement and main level flooring. We turned it into so much more. Ended up doing master, master bath, all the main level and basement. The work is outstanding. The communication, professionalism and care for our home were beyond expectations. I have and will continue to recommend Dodd Construction and will definitely work with him on ALL future projects. Final note: everyone on the crews are honest, trustworthy and and delight to have in your home.
We were lucky to find Doug and his team through a neighbor. Doug and his team, as well as his subcontractors did an excellent job on our Kitchen and Master Bath Renovation. Doug was great at fielding our barage of questions and addressing and solving problems as they came up. He was easy to communicate with and toss around ideas with. He is fair and sticks to his word. He even hires a cleaner to clean areas where work was done. A really nice touch. His team, Ryleigh, John and Alan that did the carpentry, cabinet install, baseboards and general contract work were excellent, with great attention to detail, were respectful and all around great guys. The tile work was done by Louie Contreras of Contreras Tile that Doug subcontracts with, and he did excellent work also. Plumber was good and electrical also. Doug managed the group of professionals well to get things done in a timely fashion and stick to timelines. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and master bath and highly recommend Doug and his team.
Doug and his team did a 5-star job building an access ramp inside my 94-year-old friend’s garage. Excellent communication, precise and careful construction. I do not hesitate to recommend Dodd Construction!
Don’t hesitate. Go Dodd! I have never worked with contractors that were so helpful and informative throughout my project. Doug’s team is attention detailed, honest & kind and the price was upfront and right. They are family run and operated, to boot. I even ran into Doug at Home Depot, and he took time out of his busy day to show me some design ideas in the store. I finally have a contractor! I will defiantly use them in future projects.
Best decision for a massive repair/renovation. Had a major repair issue that Doug was able to identify almost instantly, whereas 3 other professionals were unable. Not only did he identify the problem, he confirmed it before providing a very reasonable estimate. Additionally, Doug was able to come up with an innovative, affordable, and BEAUTIFUL way to renovate the interior of my home. He is professional, courteous, INTELLIGENT, and has amazing, quick, friendly, QUALITY professionals on all of his teams. He made my home look beautiful again at a price better than I could find elsewhere and with a difinitive fix to a major issue, where other professionals were providing inflated quotes on 'guesses'. Use him, you won't be disappointed!!
I stumbled upon Doug and his team via Nextdoor as others in my area had used his services in the past for a similar project. Doug and his team were very professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. They worked long hours and weekends to finish the project. They made me feel like a part of the team and worked together. Doug will be the only person that I will use moving forward for any additional projects. I would highly recommend utilizing Doug and his team for any of your projects.
Dodd Construction just finished their 3rd project for me since April of this year (2018): reconstruction of my deck. All the work they have completed on my house has been beyond my expectations, while reasonably priced. Doug and his crew have also completed items outside of their scope of work for me, i.e. while I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago they took it upon themselves to clean my driveway of fallen leaves and fix my back yard gate ;-)
I can’t say enough about Doug and his team of professionals. Their attention to detail and work ethic was tremendous. Doug communicated extremely well to make sure that we understood the schedule and if something came up, he was quick to make sure we were in the loop. He took an eyesore of an outdoor sunroom and turned it into a beautiful covered patio that has all the neighbors complimenting. This won’t be our last project with Dodd!
Doug Dodd is great to work with! He was able to get my project (new tub and tile work) done on time. The quality of the work was great and the whole team was very professional. Would highly recommend Dodd Construction LLC!
