I wish I could give 10 Stars to Dodd Construction! We had to have extensive repairs done to our home due to a broken shower pan, shower drain and pipe. When a camera inspection was done, it showed two cracks in the main sewer line. Doug and his crews cut the concrete, replaced all the cast iron pipes and drains and rebuilt our shower using tile and the end result is absolutely amazing!!! Crews showed up early every morning and with a smile. Communication was always great and Doug always returned my texts promptly. Use Dodd Construction for all your home Construction needs, you'll be glad you did, I know I am!

Doug and his crew came in and renovated a bathroom and built a beautiful railing for our home. Doug kept us informed on their progress each day so there were no surprises. The crew showed up when they said they would and were very professional with their work. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Doug!

Doug and his team did an awesome job on a complete remodel of our main living floor last spring. The work has held up very well and every day we're grateful for our "new" home. Completely remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, replaced all flooring, knocked out walls, removed popcorn ceiling, added ceiling lights all over, replaced all doors, and custom built a new code-compliant stair railing, all within a hard three-month deadline. His entire team and subcontractors are well-seasoned pros and were a pleasure to work with. Doug spent significant time helping us with some design ideas and overcoming small problems along the way. His and his team's experience really benefited us in the million little decisions needed on a major remodel. There were a couple of things that weren't perfect. Doug wasn't on-site as often as I'd like. There were a few times that I caught something done incorrectly (or not done) because I was around when Doug wasn't. Not a major problem, but worth mentioning (and easily dealt with by adding a contract clause if desired). Secondly, our experience with the painters was pretty dreadful. Doug warned us that could be the case (I won't go into why), but in the end he was able to get them to complete the work properly and made sure results were as promised. If I had another project for them, I'd consider hiring my own painters. But considering the scope of the project, we were still very pleased with the overall results and experience. We would definitely hire them again.

Dodd construction just finished our basement and we are thrilled with how it turned out - especially the custom barn door. Doug, the owner, was reliable, hard working, and had excellent communication throughout the process. He helped achieve our vision for our new space while working within our budget. Doug's team was wonderful, professional, and courteous. They finished the job faster than initially estimated and on budget. They made sure we were happy with each step of the project and put our satisfaction first. We strongly recommend them and will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Dodd Construction did a fantastic job on our basement remodel. We will most certainly use them again. We received bids from several companies and it was Dodd that listened to what we wanted. Best of all, Doug worked with our budget and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Dodd Construction was truly great to work with. I would highly recommend working with Doug and his team for any project you have on the horizon. He remodeled two complete floors of our tri-level home, to include moving walls, renovating 3 bathrooms, upgrading all the flooring, concrete repair, new concrete and significant electrical repair. Doug had great attention to detail and wonderful follow through. Whenever any issues arose, Doug worked with us to make it right and stood behind his work. Doug has a great team that is very skilled and works efficiently. Doug has great respect for the project timeline and manages the workload accordingly. The construction zone was always left clean and everyone was very respectful & easy to work with. Doug had a great eye throughout the project to help us fix underlying issues, offer solutions we hadn’t thought of, and was always conscious of our budget. We couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. Doug will be our first call for any of our future needs, whatever they may be, because he handles it all!!

I would highly recommend Dodd Construction for your home remodeling and finishing projects. Doug and his crew were timely and respectful; and they did excellent, high quality work at a fair price. The group showed up when they said they would and completed the work (and craftsmanship) above our expectations.We finished a section of our basement, in an older home, and the space has been beautifully transformed into one that we love!

A neighbor recommended Dodd Construction, so we asked them to make a bid for our kitchen remodel. Doug had lots of great ideas and his bid was competitive, so we hired him. We have no regrets.
