Doug framed and trimmed our large covered outdoor patio. He did a beautiful job and was always on time and worked within our budget. Will attach photos to show finished project. He worked with us when the general contractor fell through and we had to finish the project working directly with the subcontractors.
Doug Dodd and his crew removed a 40 year old red wood deck and created a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Next, they replaced all of our beat up flat panel doors with six panel doors. Finally, they remodeled our 40 year old master bedroom. This was all juggled by Doug, John, Riley, Alan and Bryant during the worst of the pandemic. Totally satisfied and highly recommend Dodd Construction!

The guys at Dodd Construction did an excellent job under my patio, which needed to be repaired. Riley fixed a railing in the house that had come loose. Doug and his awesome crew just finished a basement Refresh and finished a Laundry Room for me. They provided a detailed quote, did not exceed his budget ( if I made request that was out of scope of the project, he provided an updated quote). The crew removed all demo debris, helped clean up and move furniture back in to place. When a piece of work needed a different professional, i.e. new plumbing, he made sure that they met his standards and got feedback to ensure task was done to my satisfaction. His crew is knowledgeable, extremely customer centric and a delight to have in my home. My dog Bodie misses them still. I will have them back for my next project

This company was suggested to me for a remodel in my home. Doug presented as not only professional, but also knowledgeable and reputable. Although there were a few hiccups, as there are with every construction project, he and his team were amazing. (The hiccups pertained to obtaining necessary supplies, not the crew) I'm thrilled with the level of expertise and efficiency. I will use them again and again as the need presents. My project scope and timeline fully changed so I wasn’t able to work with Doug after getting his estimate, but I can attest to his professionalism with reviewing the project. He went above and beyond with his time and energy to help me visualize what needed to happen. Returned every call and text promptly. Exceptionally conscientious. Without question I’d have liked to have worked with him. I’ve had at least 20 contractors in my house over the past 15+ years. I think only one or two were as professional and knowledgeable during the estimate phase as Doug was. He seems outstanding. Also a nice, cordial individual.
