Very dependable and came when they said they broiled come. Most of all, a real person responded to all our phone calls.

We have used Crone Construction for various projects in our last 2 homes. In both we had the builder grade windows replaced with windows from Crone and it cut our heating and cooling bill from about $350 a month for a 1600sq ft house, to $150-$200 a month (and that with vaulted ceilings too)! Even when the power went out the house stayed cool/warm (depending on if the AC or heat was running) for several hours. We were so impressed with the money we saved by replacing the windows over the 8+ years we lived in our first home, that we made it a priority to replace the windows using Crone again in our new home as soon as we moved in. We also had Crone replace old wood siding with insulated vinyl siding for even more energy and cost saving measures. We could not be more pleased with the service, quality of work, and price! In all, we have used Crone Construction for new windows, insulation, siding, gutters, roofing, new doors, and a new HVAC system to help better cool our upstairs. And these projects are just to date. We have many more projects down the road that we will be calling Crone for. I have never had more confidence in a construction company that things will be done right! A major piece of mind.

The wife and I looked long and hard for the right window and the right people to install new windows for us. Crone Construction replaced 17 windows and a half round in our house. They were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time, thoroughly explained our window options and gave us up front pricing. The installation crew started work on time, cleaned up when they were finished and fixed any of the little things I wanted touched up (I'm a really picky homeowner). We had one window scratched during installation and they replaced it no questions asked. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys give fair and honest quotes. Just amazing customer service, but their craftsmanship and passion for doing the job right is simply mind-blowing. I called needing help quickly. When we had a large tree fall onto our house and porch, we were nervous to pick a contractor to help with the work as we have had poor experiences with Memphis contractors in the past. Our experience with Crone Construction couldn't have been more different! The day of the storm Jeff Crone stopped by and offered his card and their assistance with the rebuild. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided to go with them based on their online reviews and talking to Jeff and Lee Crone in person. From the beginning their communication was consistent and frequent. We worked with Lee Crone and foreman Glen. Despite hangups on our end from insurance they proceeded with work. They worked very quickly and efficiently to get our home back to its original condition, if not better. Their craftsmanship exceeded our previous experiences as well, and the workers were always kind, accommodating, and courteous. They also were respectful and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. In short, we were very happy we went with Crone this time around, and would happily recommend their services to anyone in the Memphis area needing work done.

Crone Construction was attentive from start to finish, a great team. I explained my vision to Sammy and Lee, and they provided good suggestions which took the finished product to the next level. It would not have looked as good without their input from the experience these guys have. My project was converting a screened porch which joined the main home with in-law suite, by adding energy efficient windows and door. In addition, I had a window removed which was exterior before the enclosure, and added a new exterior window on a different wall. Anytime a time and date was set for someone to show up to perform any work, the crew showed up without fail on time. To me this is as important as the workmanship. It made for easy planning with my job and other events. There was an issue with the door and one window, both issues handled and resolved. Very pleased with their response to the problems I found and their resolution process. I will definitely call on Crone Construction for future projects. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the new room. Highly recommended!

We had Crone Construction do a lot of improvements in 2019 to our historic Cooper Young home (built in 1910). All new replacement windows, 23 total. We LOVE our new windows. Less noise, easy to clean & maintain, we can open windows for fresh air, and our energy bills have decreased by about 20%. Crone also did beautiful new exterior paint for our entire home in a custom 3 color scheme. Along with custom exterior paint, we had custom functional louvered shutters made with wrought iron hardware. They look so beautiful as a perfect accent on the front of our home. Crone replaced the whole front porch, all new floorboards, bead board ceiling, new ceiling fan added, and new dimmable canned lights. The porch is brand new and a perfect place to hang out now. Crone also had a crew build a huge new deck across the back of our home with landings and steps from our two back doors down to the big deck area. Nicely stained to last for years as a lovely outdoor entertainment area. We look forward to partnering with Crone Construction in 2020 for a new roof, landscaping, and maybe even a newly remodeled kitchen. They have been great to work with, good pricing, they treat their employees well, have friendly staff, and a showroom right in Cooper Young. We highly recommend this local family run Memphis construction business. It is hard to find good reliable contractors in this town and we are glad we found Crone Construction.

As my wife said Great work, by nice people! They did a great job on a patio extension for us. Their price was fair and even installed a path to my wife's garden shed, which she loved because she has to use a walker and it made it much easier for her to get to the shed. Their crew was very nice and professional. Jeff Crone one of the owners, came out and inspected the job and asked if there was anything we needed. We worked with Lee Crone on setting up the job and he was great to work with and provided timely estimate and follow up. They were there when they said they would be and finished when they said they would be. Jeff and Lee Crone are great people and really care about their customers. They will be the only construction company we will ever use. We highly recommend them.
