Crone Construction replaced my twenty year old rotting porch. Matt explained how they would perform the work, the materials they would use, and the time it would take to complete the job. I am pleased to say that the final result exceeded my expectations. The crew showed up for work each day and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. I was impressed by their attention to detail, their precision in workmanship, and the extra effort made to 'get things right'. I came away believing that this is 'Standard Practice' for this company. I will do business with Crone Construction again based upon this positive experience.
I had all the windows in my home (25 total) replaced last year. They were very honest and transparent. The crew was professional, prompt, finished on time and did great work. They cleaned up everything and there were no surprises. I could not be happier with their work. My house is much quieter now, and my electric bills have dropped $150 - 200 per month in peak summer and winter months. These are great people and I would use them again without hesitation.
Crone Construction reconstructed the space for Muggin Coffeehouse to exist. In what once was an old nail shop has not been transformed into a vibrant, bright space where the city of Memphis can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. We thankful for them believing in the vision of Muggin and making it a reality.

Last August my electric bill was 507.26. Mr. Crone told me new windows would help with my electric bill. I had no idea how much! This August was under $250! Less than half! Everyone at Crone was wonderful to deal with and the Atrium windows they installed are amazing! I also got a new back door that I love! Thanks so much Crone Construction!
I just had several windows installed by Crone Construction. From the initial consultation and quote, to the updates, to the final installation, I have been more than pleased. Window orders at this time are taking longer than normal, but they still were able to get the order and install faster than expected. Very professional all around! I highly recommend them.
I called crone construction because of the great reviews but unfortunately they did not honor the commitment to inspect my house for a quote. When I called they said the contractor came on time but did not get a response which is surprising because I was sitting in the room right next to the front door the whole time. When I said this must be a joke she said I felt the same way and then stated that they dont have enough time to work on my house which is contradictory but fine by me. She was just rude and inconsistent. In any case, good riddance.

Had 20+ windows replaced... Jim Crone laid out the options and provided a solid estimate... The install job was well done and timely... Any concerns or issues were handled promptly and to my satisfaction... Would recommend Crone construction for your window replacement job...
Our gutters were very old and starting to pull away from the house and leak when I contacted Crone Construction to see about replacing them. Matt Crone came out to give me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that they only use 6" gutters and went on to explain the size difference and how it would be beneficial for our house. He also brought a sample of the gutter covers that they use so that I would have a better idea of how it would work and how much easier it would be to maintain the gutters than the chicken wire type gutter guards that we had been using. Mr. Crone knew that he was the first person I contacted for an estimate, and he suggested that I get another quote because he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with his estimate and with the quality of materials he used. I took his advice and after getting another estimate (which was higher than the one I got from Crone Construction), I decided to go with Crone Construction, and I am so glad I did! They were very fast and efficient when putting up the gutters. They cleaned up all the garbage after they were done (I've had some work done by other contractors who did not clean up after themselves). The gutters look amazing on our house. They were put up at the beginning of the year, and I can really tell a difference, especially with all the rain we've been having. I am so pleased with the quality of work that they did that I have verbally recommended them to anyone that will listen. But the best part of the experience was that Mr. Crone did not try to talk over my head. He obviously knew what he was talking about, but didn't try to bog me down technical terms. He explained things in a way that was easily understandable and having the samples to show helped too. And for anyone with pets, they were very mindful of our dog and did not leave the gate open when they finished working. I am attaching a photo of the new gutters. They are such a perfect match, you can't even tell that they are there!
