I called crone construction because of the great reviews but unfortunately they did not honor the commitment to inspect my house for a quote. When I called they said the contractor came on time but did not get a response which is surprising because I was sitting in the room right next to the front door the whole time. When I said this must be a joke she said I felt the same way and then stated that they dont have enough time to work on my house which is contradictory but fine by me. She was just rude and inconsistent. In any case, good riddance.
I just had several windows installed by Crone Construction. From the initial consultation and quote, to the updates, to the final installation, I have been more than pleased. Window orders at this time are taking longer than normal, but they still were able to get the order and install faster than expected. Very professional all around! I highly recommend them.
Last August my electric bill was 507.26. Mr. Crone told me new windows would help with my electric bill. I had no idea how much! This August was under $250! Less than half! Everyone at Crone was wonderful to deal with and the Atrium windows they installed are amazing! I also got a new back door that I love! Thanks so much Crone Construction!
Although I am James Crone, I am not affiliated with the company. They did a wonderful job for me in installing windows and a door. The crew executed the installations excellently and did it one day, exceeding my expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
The guys at Crone construction replaced 15 windows at the front of my house. They were very honest and knowledgeable and offered great advice. They did a great job and did not cut corners on the work. I will definitely use them for future projects around the house.
Used Lee and his crew to replace 24 windows - all shapes and sizes, in my 1970's split level home. They were done within 6 weeks of the order when everyone else was 3 months out. They are incredible and I love love love the crew. I also couldn't get any one to bid a driveway except one company, and they were 6 months out. Lee and the crew got started on it within 2 weeks. And it was less money for a limestone than a regular one from the other vendor! They can do ANYTHING you ask them to do. Decking, kitchens, baths - very good, honest people.
The best experience. Competitive pricing. Timely service. Professional installation is top notch. The best part….the windows! Our home is much cooler. Being able to turn the a/c off and open the windows has been amazing. Could not recommend more. Estimate to installation will NOT disappoint!

I am pleased to say that the final result exceeded my expectations. The crew showed up for work each day and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. I was impressed by their attention to detail, their precision in workmanship, and the extra effort made to 'get things right'. I came away believing that this is 'Standard Practice' for this company. I had all the windows in my home (25 total) replaced last year. They were very honest and transparent. The crew was professional, prompt, finished on time and did great work. They cleaned up everything and there were no surprises. I could not be happier with their work. My house is much quieter now, and my electric bills have dropped $150 - 200 per month in peak summer and winter months. These are great people and I would use them again without hesitation.
Crone Construction reconstructed the space for Muggin Coffeehouse to exist. In what once was an old nail shop has not been transformed into a vibrant, bright space where the city of Memphis can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. We thankful for them believing in the vision of Muggin and making it a reality.
