If you have never been here before, then you should stop trying to think of where or what to eat and JUST GO! This is a place that you need to try at least once before making any sort of judgment, because I promise, you will not regret it. There is SO MANY different pastries to choose from and something for everyone. If you don't feel like getting a pastry, there is a bunch of extremely good salads and a la carte plates as well. Do not be fooled, these pastries are huge and they will satisfy any appetite. The photos don't do them justice at all. They truly are filling and actually pretty heavy. The vibe in the restaurant is very laid back and chill. Extremely dim lit. Almost too dim actually to be completely honest. My only complaint would be that the prices are a tiny bit higher than they should be... That's literally all I got lol

We tried several pasties & had cocktails/beers. The service was fantastic, food came out warm and clearly freshly cooked, the atmosphere was very comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Went here for the first time with the family and it was absolutely amazing! Our waitress Ollie was such a sweetheart and had great energy. Food was heavenly, place was clean, timing of appetizers, entree and dessert was perfect. 10/10 I would recommend!

This place is such a cool spot. It’s right in the downtown Phoenix area and there are misters to help with the heat. This place has three different levels. We sat upstairs and it was such a cool vibe. There were pool tables and plenty of seating. The have tons of vegan and vegetarian options so there are options for everyone. The staff was quick to take our order and great at checking in with us considering they seemed to be pretty busy. I started off by getting the Mangolorian and it was so tasty! It had a dried mango slice for garnish and was such a nice touch. We ordered the curried potatoes to start with and these potatoes were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly flavorful and came with a tahini sauce(vegan option) for dipping. My BF ordered the Lovely Bit of Salmon pasty and he said it was super filling and flavorful. I ordered the Vegan Guinness Stew and it definitely stole the show. The filling was so tasty. It was served with a chive tahini sauce and it was incredible. You could tell the vegetables are marinated in the stew for awhile because they soaked up the gravy nicely. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu items.

Pasties often slap here to be honest. Sometimes, service is good if it ain’t hectic but just depends on your server. Atmosphere is as vibes as you can expect near downtown lol

*VEGETARIANS & VEGANS BEWARE!* Ordered vegan adovado and they gave us one with real meat and cheese even labeled the sandwich as being vegan. I’ve actually stopped coming here due to poor customer service but was surprised with this food by my girlfriend. No surprise there was a mistake.

Great place for a late night snack and drink. We came into town for the weekend and we’re hungry after our late flight. We thought about hitting fast food, but I wanted something local. Stopped by here and I was very pleasantly surprised. Since there are so many flavors of pasties on the menu, I did not think I would receive the quality of food that I did. It was delicious, just simply delicious. I wanted to eat the whole thing, but couldn’t. The pastry has a great flavor as well. It was an all around great experience. I also loved the drinks. My only criticism would be the lack of a big rock in the old fashioned, but it was still a tasty drink. Absolutely would visit again!

Convinced my co workers to come here for lunch and we all agreed we wish we could have planned for an after work gathering so we could enjoy the full libations they had to offer. Luckily the food was AMAZING. Proportions, perfect. Taste, couldn’t get enough. Service, attentive but not over done. All around I could eat here daily!

They were put of every Pasty we tried to order siting a busy night before. Well you know what time you open, perhaps there should be someone early here prepping your most popular items. Ended up settling for something we didn't really want because we drove an hour to try the place. So we tried another flavor Pasty we normally don't eat. It was great!! Disappointed that the Chicken Pit Pue and Meatball were not available, perhaps next time we'll come later in day.

I was pretty stoked to find this place randomly.. I've eaten here but in tempe. So I sit at the bar as usual and bartender is not a keeper as someone I'm willing to tip. I was the only person at the bar and she was pretty absent in "serving" me. 1. (Not her problem) they didn't have what I ordered. 2. Music was loud we couldn't hear each other but you could feel the tension, she either shouldn't have worked tonight or she shouldn't be working here. Other servers took my order and or answered my questions. She pretty much took up space behind the bar in my opinion. The food was good, it deserved a 4 star but service brought it down. Don't come here at night for a good time.
