My heat pump had quit working and with temperatures in the 90's we needed relief . The technician found the cause and had everything up and running . What a relief ! I originally found Comfort Solutions through Angie's List when customer reviews were available . Comfort Solutions had over 1000 extremely positive reviews so I knew I had found the best! They have been excellent !!!!
I was experiencing some issues with my HVAC system in my home. I had heard that Comfort Solutions was a good, reputable, local company. I called them and their service technician, Cameron, came out and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He notified me of the issue, gave me the price for the repair, and repaired the problem. While he was here he also serviced my unit and gave me great maintenance tips to eliminate future issues. I was very impressed with the service and knowledge from the technician. I will always call Comfort Solutions from now on. I highly recommend this company.
Our AC threw every wrench possible at this great crew, including the coil trying to eat some insulation. Marcus B kept me updated every step of the way, and when it turned into a bigger task than expected, two other techs were sent the same day (I'm sorry, for not remembering both names, one was Doug). Everything was fixed that day, and phew because it's about to get hot out again!
The whole experience from bid to instillation was outstanding. Marcus work was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

Comfort Solutions have been cleaning and maintaining my mini-split ducted heat pump/ac unit and the regular gas furnace for almost ten years. Needed a new furnace installed and the team was so punctual and professional. Thanks, Mr. Comfort!
Great experience working with Cameron, Doug, and Marcus from Comfort Solutions. Cameron’s heat pump quote was the most competitive out of four local businesses, and they were also the most detailed in the contracting process, listing out & clearly explaining the required components and hardware, and each item costs. Cameron was responsive to followup questions and helped resolve a scheduling mixup. Doug & Marcus were two of the best technicians I’ve worked with - attentive to every install detail, proactively explained steps and sought input, and finished the project same-day including full cleanup. They left our install site and furnace room cleaner than when they arrived. Replacing a brokenAC with a heat pump is a large unexpected expense, and we’d recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone in that situation based on our positive experience.
I love Comfort Solutions!! My two brothers, parents, and I have had them install new furnaces over the past years. Wade has serviced ours. He is wonderful! On time, knowledgeable, and personable. Recently, Andrew visited my 97- and 95-year-old parents' home to replace a thermostat and repair an old Aprilaire humidifier. He did a great job! Thank you!!
