Ken and the Comfort Solutions team are great, highly recommend their services for maintaining and improving your home HVAC systems. Showed up early and spent the necessary time to perform a deep and thorough cleaning and service to our home's electric heat pump, air filtration, and gas furnace. Thank you!
Comfort Solutions responded to my call quickly on a Monday morning. We had related that the A/C was making squeaky noises (not good) Marcus B showed up promptly and assessed and took care of the problem.
Cameron did an excellent job repairing our water heater venting which was not two building code it is not a building code and operates flawlessly 11/24 Ken did a great job on the winter tune-up of our furnace 5/9/25 air conditions service Marcus did a great jobs very professional on time explain the one issue with the air conditioning unit and replace that part. I’m very happy with the service I received.
Excellent service as usual. After they were done his only recommendation was to consider at some point a surge suppressor, as he was seeing circuit board failures with all the brown- and blackouts we have out here by Mt. Hood. I thought that was a good idea, he had the parts, and he went ahead and installed that too before leaving.
Always prompt and excellent service. Called this morning; tech came same day. The techs are always patient in explaining issues and solutions. We have relied on Confort Solutions for 20 years and highly recommend them.
