We joined membership with Comfort solutions for 2 years now, and so far had great experience with them. Shout out to technician Marcus B, who did a great job servicing the cooling system this May!
The entire Comfort Solutions team was amazing! During a heat wave Doug worked late and made it to our house the same evening we called. Our AC was not working and before he left was had cold air! He was friendly and courteous. The solution was a simple part and they did not try to upsell us. Very pleased.
Just had a maintenance visit from Marcus. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. He explained some diagnostic codes that had registered on our thermostat and told us what to watch out for if we see them again. We feel very reassured by his service and are glad to have Comfort Solutions as a resource for looking after our home.
Justin & Johnny did a great job installing my new furnace. They were kind, transparent & walked me through all of the steps of how my new system was being set up. They were prompt and professional, quick and efficient getting the job done, and spent the time afterward to walk me through the job and explain what they did. Simply, Excellent Service! Brian, the owner gave us a very reasonable estimate, but also helped us with great advice regarding our furnace. Mason came to inspect and fix the furnace, and gave us a little bit more time before we need to replace it. Brian and Mason were very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. We highly recommend this locally owned company. We are very confident that when it's time to replace our furnace, Comfort Solutions will do a great job in a timely manner. It's a no-brainer, they are very mindful of the customer experience and budget. Look no further.
For several years I have been using Comfort Solutions for all my furnace and air conditioning tune ups and maintenance. The technicians always do a great job. This year for the annual tune ups, the technician was Marcus Bernhardt, and he provided great customer service and seemed very knowledgeable, same as other Comfort Solutions technicians have done in past years.
Marcus B was timely and informative regarding our aged AC system. If t works for two more months he did well. If not we will be in touch for consultation. Thanks.
