Elliot and Justin replaced my AC unit and a new thermostat. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and they walked us through everything that was done. Explained how it all functioned and gave us some extra tips to get the most out of it
1/26/26 We had two service calls within one week, concluding with the replacement of our furnace. Each technician was thorough, but the furnace had lived its life. Cameron spent a lot of time finding us what we needed, and could afford. Marcus installed the new furnace and fully explained how to maintain and clean what we can ourselves, including how to change the filter with the new filter door. Comfort Solutions has now replaced our A/C unit and our gas furnace, with maintenance visits in between. We absolutely trust this company. The technicians are great, and Jessica at the office is terrific. They all are friendly, helpful, and kind. We highly recommend Comfort Heating and Cooling. (Apparently my review from a year ago disappeared, but as you can see, Comfort Solutions is our go-to!!)
Marcus B did a wonderful job with the HVAC maintenance. Took the time to explain things to us and how to keep the system working properly. Always great to have a good technician review the system.

After many months of being ignored by the company that previously installed our HVAC system, Comfort Solutions diagnosed and installed a new system. Justin and Elliot were superheroes! The time and thought they put into our installation was above and beyond our expectations. Recommended with confidence.
Comfort Solutions has a great team! The friendly and helpful appointment setter was an awesome first impression. Marcus B, the repair technician, got the A/C up and running in no time! He was so personable and knowledgeable. They installed my furnace several years ago and did a wonderful job with that too!
Of course the day the temperature creeped past 90, my AC unit stopped working. Desperate and figuring it would take weeks for an appointment, I looked up some HVAC companies and came upon Comfort Solutions. I sent a message and had a response the next business day. Jessica called from the office and was knowledgeable, polite and determined to fit me in the same week. And she did! Doug arrived exactly as promised from an advanced call, then proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. He walked me through potential issues but didn’t try to tell me the unit had to be replaced . He replaced a part, and was thorough by testing everything else to make sure there was nothing else that had failed. Besides being very patient and personable, Doug was extremely knowledgeable and I told him that I will be using Comfort Solutions for my HVAC maintenance needs going forward! Thank you so much and will be scheduling for the next visit soon for the furnace !
Mason arrived on time on 3/14, completed repairs on my ancient gas furnace and I have heat again. I've been using Comfort Solutions for yearly maintenance since 2012. For the past couple of years, Mason has been my technician. He is super competent, listens, and answers questions with patience. He is definitely an asset to Comfort Solutions and I look forward to seeing him annually for maintenance.
Added April 4, 2025 : Marcus Bernhard came out to do our spring preventative maintenance. He was very thorough, very professional and not only did the technical evaluation and adjustment but also went the extra step. Over the years, dirt, some weeds and some gravel had washed up onto the edge of the concrete pad where our AC unit sits out in back of our home. He got a hose and cleaned it all out so it wouldn’t interfere with the operation. He also checked and changed our air filter, which sits in the attic. Great, top notch Customer service. Adding to my earlier post: Since installation, Comfort Solutions has been out twice for inspections, checkups and maintenance. Both times Mason Trowbridge was our technician and he was very thorough, very good at communicating and very competent. He took lots of photos as he worked and explained everything to me afterward. Showed me meter readings and thermal imaging and explained that they were “in range” for our heating system which was welcome. Also gave us suggestions for extending the life of our (15 year old) air conditioning unit so we shouldn’t have the expense of replacing it for several more years. Original post: We used Comfort Solutions for our new furnace installation and they have done a very professional job. They weren’t the cheapest bid, nor the most expensive but they were the most thorough and answered all of our questions. They responded to issues and made adjustments so that the new system operates well. When we had a problem with a zone board and valve from the old system, they diagnosed the problem and resolved it. They show up at the appointed time and Cameron, who has been out a few times, seems very knowledgeable and straightforward. Great communication through Catherine at the office and good follow up.
