We hauled load for this company on 10/26/23 more than 3 months ago and still will not pay the bill. Load delivered clear, no problems. Lady in accounts payable was answering before and say dont no when payment going out , no email response , no one answer the phone at accounting department. …
Avoid working with this company they do not pay . I sent over three invoices for quick pay, it was been over 60 days and I have not received a payment. Accounting person will not answer calls, and in emails all they can say is they are having delays .
Pulled a load for this company 6 months ago and still will not pay the bill. Load delivered clear, no problems. Lady @ accounts payable said just behind, trying to catch up on payments to call back, well that was 2 months ago, still calling an nothing.
We hauled a load for them and delivered on Tuesday. They were all in communication every hr on the hr up until I notified them that I had delivered the load, Then all of a sudden they're "on vacation, or short staffed" I've called and sent countless emails. I found out later that day that my factoring company has blocked them and I can't be paid. My hard work completely gone to waste. I could never live with myself knowing I'm taking away from another person's kids/family. I don't understand how or why they're even still in business. I will not stop until I am paid for this load. Would give - stars if I could.
Did a load on 09/15/22, sent them invoice on 09/27/22, on 01/09/23 asked them what is happening with the payment and received this on the 09/10/23 "check 14221 is in line for signature and mailing". Over 3 months nothing and now check is waiting signature. Emailed them on 04/07/23 still no check and received answer on 04/10/23 that the check was mailed to my Springfield address. My company is not at this address since 2017. My invoice and email signature showing the correct address also this was included in the email we sent with the invoice on 09/27/2022 "Please confirm how we are getting paid. If you do free ACH we prefer this method of payment (or send what is needed if we are not set up). If you mail a check make sure that you have our new mailing address: PO BOX 6661, Apache Junction, AZ 85178. Invoice is attached below. "
Very unprofessional, My company completed a load for them on 6/3/21, today is now 7/14/21. Many attempts to be paid based on the fact that my factoring company does not deal with them has lead to my small business being beat out of $1000 for a completed load. Email are not responded to, phone ext are not answered and VM's are not returned. I have even had several of their brokers to send emails copying me on them to there accounting departments and they are not responded to. I would advise any companies and owner opps to find another broker to partner with because you will not be paid!
I Hauled a Load For “Central Marketing Transport Services” after waiting 45 Days for the Payment, I called to inquire about the Payment Status, and I was Told they are Running Two Weeks behind on the Payments. I called Two Weeks Later, and the “Lady” in the accounting department, refused to give me a Date on when they will process the Payment, and she told me that we will pay it when we pay it. When I asked to speak with the Accounting Manager, she refused to Transfer me, refused to provide her name, and hag up the phone on me Four times. I tried to reach out to the accountant department, but No Reply. I contacted other Departments in this company, and they sent emails, but still No Replies on the Payment Status. I sent a Final Notice email, and the Last time I called the accounting Department, the “Lady” in the accounting department told me to go ahead and file in Small Claims Court. Good afternoon, We have 3 invoices for them dating back to July without payment. My accounting team described them as "rude and unhelpful" when calling to check on payment status. Invoices are over 100 days, they are saying they will pay as soon as possible but no one cares. They reply after sending 100 emails, no one answer the phone calls. Anyone got payment from them? PLEASE DON'T WORK WITH THEM, THEY DON'T PAY
My company hauled two loads for this company in Oct 2023 and Dec 2023 and we have yet to be paid for our loads. They are having money issues and cannot tell me an expected pay date is all i get from Accounting. Do NOT accept any loads from them.
