DO NOT go anywhere near this crooked company!!!!!! 7 invoices dating back to February and no payment!! We keep getting the same old b.s story!! We are now forced to get our high powered attorneys involved!!!! Carriers,all of these comments are true!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Their accounting department won't respond. Delivered a load for them last week and found out our factoring company won't work with them. Now, nobody will respond to us on when we will get payment or if anyone has even received our invoice to process. Seeing these reviews has be worried that we will never see payment. Don't book with them.
We have done load for them in April 2024 and never got paid for it. This company has a PENDING INSURANCE CANCELATION. We did a bit of research and found out that this company is related to : CENTRAL MARKETING TRANSPORT LLC MC-468226. We called the carrier and asked and Jim said that the companies are not related at all. Interesting part is that both companies share the same DAT account and has the same email and telephone number. ''weird'' stuff going on here but we will get to the bottom of it.
Lower than one star on this review. No one gets back from this company once load was hauled. There was no problem on our end. But, apparently they do not feel the need to pay us for the load. STAY AWAY!
Hauled a load back in February, delivered same day. They keep giving me the run around. Attempted to file against there bond, but because it was picked up and delivered in same state, the laws don’t allow you to file a claim. They know this and take advantage of it. Have yet to be paid, trash like this is why the industry has suffered, while the overlords at the top refuse to pass laws to protect the workers being taken advantage of.
We did a load for this company back in March and we have yet to be paid. No one in AP answers emails or calls and they do NOT return phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Negative 0 STARS
No one answers when you try calling for a payment status. They don't return calls or answer emails. I have an unpaid invoice over 90 days. Don't haul for them!
Past due 4 months Response from AP was they are running behind-would not give any general commitment as to when it would be paid. Doesn't look good Will be filing on their bond.
Load number 2082611 we book that load with this Company since 10/24/23 we never get paid the don’t answer phone calls or email those are scammers do not book load with them
UPDATE: DID GET A PAYMENT OUT OF THEM BUT ONLY AFTER MAKING A BOND FILING CLAIM. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY BUT AT LEAST GLAD WE WERE ABLE TO GET PAID. 0 STARS IF WE COULD AND WARNING!!!!! THIS COMPANY MUST BE ABOUT TO GO UNDER AND THEY DO NOT PAY!! DO NOT USE THEM! We used to haul for them and then our factoring company shut them off. They talked us into quick pay which was 3% and 3 day. We turned in a load a week ago Friday. Still no payment. Just get emails sorry we're behind and today just got an email they don't offer quick pay options lmao. These guys are a scam. Protect yourselves and DO NOT run for them. I'm in the process of reaching out to the bond company now to try and recoup whatever payment we can.
