Bob moved over to CMT where he is destroying what was such a great carrier. A mass exodus of drivers are quitting their fuel surcharge was cut in mid April after all the years the loyalty these drivers gave to the carrier its a slap in the face. Jump ship cause Bob has sank the boat!!
If it were possible, I wouldn't put a star. Disgusting service. People who work are uneducated, unable to build a dialogue. I called and asked for a manager. The guy answered me: It's me! What you want? I asked what is your name? He answered: It doesn't matter. Say what you want or get lost! I asked for his name again and he just hung up. Yesterday another employee of theirs (Mara) also hung up on me on another issue. I wonder if the president of the company knows about such employees of his? Zero professionalism. It feels like people from the street who have no idea about the culture and behavior in society. But we are at work and there must be ethics.
My company did a load for this company almost 3 months ago and we STILL didn’t get paid. They no pick up the phone…, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I have hauled 1 load one year ago they didn’t pay my money guys be careful about this company they took 3000$ from me
We booked a load with them and when the driver went to unload it they made him wait another 13 hours after the appointment time but now that the load is completed they’re not answering our calls anymore and hung up the one time they picked up when I started asking about getting paid for the load. I do not recommend working with this company they’re very dishonest and rude.
Beware!!! No one ever answers the phone in accounting. Hauled a load at the beginning of January and still have not been paid for it. I have emailed and called numerous times no answers from them.
My company hauled one load for this company and we have yet to be paid. When they answers phone call they say will paid asap nothing yet to be paid 8/15/2023 3 months NOT recommend
They stole an extra $50.00 from my rate.. I was within my 80,000 pounds per my unit scaling had a half tank of fuel and there's nothing extra on my truck.. they're just doing bad Business.. pass them up just bobtail out of Florida FORGET... Did a load with them, they are in massive financial stress. Said they where going to Quick pay so far nothing. Filing on Bond today. As well as informing all agencies of the situation.
Very unprofessional people. We booking load , driver check in at shipping after 2 h, tell me your load Cancel. And not pay tonus. And special this person Amber Burger liar. Pass this company because for you not pay any detention or tonus, you just wasted time.
