I Hauled a Load for Central Marketing Transport Services on November 23rd, 2023, and still haven’t got paid. Every time I call to inquire with the accounting department, I get the run around, they hung up on me, or they tell me we will pay when we catch up, without telling me when they will catch up. It’s sad to deal with this company, so Beware they don’t pay if you Haul for them.
We have 2 loads 2088796 and 2088281 from May 2024 and its not paid, Their phone doesn't accept any button you press and email is incorrect. SCAM!!!!
My company hauled two loads for this company and we have yet to be paid. No one in AP answers the phone and they do NOT return phone calls. **10/10 do NOT recommend **
If you want to get jerked around by a sham of a company this is your premier broker to do so with. They can't be factored by any factoring companies, their accounting department doesn't answer the phone, it's a complete circus and you might as well go throw your time and money in the trash. If a shipper is using a company like this to move their products they deserve to go out of business as well. AVOID THIS BROKERAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
This company does not pay their bills on time. When I call and spoke with Aimee she is not seem very concerned that they owe us over $12K most of which is over 30 days late. STAY AWAY WILL NOT PAY - If you need to reach out to the shipper and receiver before it is too late and see if they will pay direct.
Horrible Company. We hauled a load for them in January and they still have not paid. They do not answer their phones or return calls or emails. Do NOT do business with this company., They do not pay!
Stay away from this company. Consistent failure-fraud. CMTS have sold a consolidated load to our Company. Multiple products from different shippers instructed by CMTS to transport with different Temp from BOL 33F – 36F. At the last stop, Driscoll required to Set Temp at 32F before releasing our truck. CMTS broker was notified via call and via group email to other CMTS employees, with copy of BOL and a picture of reefer Set Temp display. CMTS broker (Amber) replied as she proceeded with questions in regards to following pick-up and then she released the truck. CMTS broker failed to provide Temp requirement/adjustments. Upon delivery receiver rejected part of the products due to set temperatures being too low. CMTS acknowledged this rejection and instructed for disposal of product. Later CMTS presented a claim to our Company. Our brand New Reefer maintained Set Temp. Temp download provided. Our Company denied the claim. Later, our company was contacted by Claim Advocate hired by CMTS name Brandon Ahler with proposal to split the loss, which we as a Carrier denied. The root cause of this loss is the “negligence of the broker”. After multiple attempts to communicate with CMTS and come to an agreement according to all evidences provided, CMTS decided to impose harm to our Company by submitting multiple fraudulent reports with false information to Carrier 411 freight guard reporting system to further intimidate our Company to accept full responsibility. We as a Company with more than 20 years of excellent record in transporting custom-critical temperature controlled freight Nationwide, will not let this fraudulent activity come unnoticed to other Carriers, who may be harmed in the same way. This broker is a fraud, with bad business practice who will impose a very creative approach on Carriers just to not pay or even cause harm to your reputation publicly. Stay away, we all have power to stop this unethical business practice!
Eric Tippy the most disrepectful broker to work with. My driver is stuck at a receiver was told that we have a 10 am appt the appt turns out to be 1800. He doesnt care he wont look for another warehouse this is our 2nd day with the load now. Asked him if he has ever sat in a box for 6-7 at a time his response was that the driver chose his proffession. How are these guys in business still? Avoid at all cost from the other reviews last load were doing for them.
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. DO NOT RUN LOADS FOR THEM -- Eric Tippy is the worst broker I have ever dealt with. He will lie to you about appointment times. We were stuck for two days because of him and then he refused to pay layover. Also, they are impossible to get a hold of over the phone. We will never run a load for this company again. STAY AWAY, IF YOU ARE ON A LOAD FOR THEM CANCEL IT, YOU DON'T WANT THIS HEADACHE I PROMISE.
We hauled load for this company more than four months ago and still will not pay the bill. Load delivered clear, no problems. Lady in accounts payable was answering before and always said," just behind, trying to catch up on payments to call back." Now they has been stop answering. Sent many emails, I got no response
