I never have to wait too long at this urgent care the staff is always so kind and professional. It just feels like a good and safe environment. Dr Silva was great. He offered a new solution to my health problem that’s been bothering me for years. Incredible! And lowkey hilarious..
A little slow, but most clinics are. This is the most professional and courteous CareNow out of the ones I’ve been to. Kimberly (Kim) is super awesome. I forgot the lady’s name at the front desk, but she was super sweet!
I visited the Nashville clinic on MLK boulevard today with my husband, for a walk-in emergency treatment. Luckily we arrived early, and there was hardly anyone before us on line. All the staff were exceptionally nice, professional, very efficient and helpful. Thank you from our hearts to the entire team, from the receptionist, through the medical assistants, nurses and doctor that took such good care.
Kyra & Dr. Gibson are so kind and incredible at their jobs. I had a small head wound and they cleaned & stapled me back up. Kyra's bedside manner is impeccable and Dr. Gibson knew exactly what to do based on the context I gave them. Give your medical professionals good, pointed details, and they will take care of you! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone I know. Quality care is worth the price!
My son came in for a chin laceration. I called ahead and the front desk helped up pre-register over the phone and put us on the waiting listing. By the time we arrived the staff was ready to see him. Everyone was so kind and made sure my son was comfortable. We are grateful for all their help.
I was bit on my left eyelid yesterday woke up at midnight and the eye was swollen shut I was told by our Nurse Practitioner Beth to get to the Urgent Care immediately which I did they were kind courteous and extremely helpful from the front desk to the nurse who was gentle and very polite to the Dr. They did their with the utmost professionalism!
Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was extremely professional as medical care providers and exercised excellent patient care. Informative and patient. Overall a very good experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Care Now Urgent Care. Checking in was swift and easy. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, friendly and welcoming. Signing in on my cellphone was a breeze and I was seen almost immediately. Kireya was amazing. She was extremely helpful and professional. The physician was very knowledgeable attentive. I would recommend this location to anyone. The entire staff is 10 out of 10!!
The customer service and the nurses inside are amazing and knowledgeable. But please web check in in advance before coming here. I had to wait 90 mins to get in when i was already in a lot of pain and seemed like there was just one doc/nurse attending . I hope they increase the staff on busy days .
Everyone was so helpful and professional. There was no waiting time to get you in. They helped me with my fractured foot and advise what my future steps should be. Very thankful to all of them
