This was such a wonderful experience!! Max the x-ray tech was amazing. He made a negative experience so positive!! Truly thankful for how kind and funny everyone was. Hopefully I do not see you all again, but I will be back if I need to!!
We’re out of towners that needed a place to suture my husbands face after a fall- he is terrified of needles/blood and they were so kind to us, from the front desk staff; to the provider, to the medical assistants helping him. Very skilled, compassionate, and made it a quick, easy, painless visit! Would highly recommend them and their staff!!
Waited about an hour and 15 minutes for a drug screen. And there were only two ppl in front of me. Staff was kind, but you have to pay for parking, so time is of the essence. Facility was clean. Location not the best.
We're feeling ill when we go in these places, so the patient's patience is a virtue. Once I got checked in and seen, I was feeling better. Thank you Care Now medical professionals!

Had a great experience at this location this morning. Everyone was so kind and the spaces were super clean! From the moment I walked into the moment I left, I felt welcomed and cared for. Thank you to both the nurse and doctor who listened to my concerns and answered all my questions!
This is my first time in Nashville and I needed to find an Urgent Care immediately... and I'm truly blessed that I found this one! The staff and doctor was AMAZING! If I ever needed to go to an Urgent Care...I would always choose this one. Always!!
I walked in at 5:30 with coughing and chest congestion only about 30 minutes before closing time. The staff and doctor were very efficient at processing my sign-in and providing the care I needed. I thank them all for working overtime. to diagnose my health issues and provide the relief I needed.
This was the best urgent care I have ever been to. Normally people dread going to urgent care, but not this one. You can put your name in online, so I only waited 20 minutes in the clinic. Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistants, and nurse practitioner was so kind and helpful. The NP was so knowledgable and helped me with the issue I had. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10
