Get online and do the paperwork. Check in a snap. Very clean, staff, nurses and Dr very nice. Spent about 1 hr with tests. Accepts most insurance. Coffee and tea provided too.
Let me be clear. This company overcharged me not just once - but twice. If I could give zero stars I would. I originally visited the clinic on February. 9, and even though this place saw that my copay was $75.00 on my insurance card - the girl at the front desk charged me $175. Why? Who the heck knows. But I only discovered that the following day when I glanced at my receipt. I called the office and was told to call the billing department (who knows where they're located, but the people in billing could not have cared less). I explained the situation and was told they would "look into it." Two weeks went by, and then on February 25 I noticed that this place charged my debit card AGAIN for another $180. Mind you, I still hadn't received a call back, an email - nothing -re: the $100 they overcharged me on Feb. 9. So at this point, they taken $280 from me. The next day (around February. 26) I walked into the clinic, explained my situation to both Jennifer and Max (the clinic manager) and was told they were going to delete my debit card on file. Why was it on file? Again, no reason, it's one of those myriad papers they have you sign when you come into the clinic that no one pays attention to because they're sick. Even so, I had only visited the clinic on February 9 and they already overcharged me on that day. So Jennifer deleted my card, and called billing and told me they can only send me a check and it would take roughly 3 weeks. Annoyed and frustrated though I was, I waited. Last week I contacted them both by email to let them know that 3 weeks had passed and surprise surprise, I have nothing. They did not respond but instead placed the front desk regional manger, Laura C. on the case - she called me last week to explain how sorry she was that his was happening to me, that it was incredibly embarrassing for them (which it is), and that she was expediting it to the highest level. Here I am today, 4 weeks later, still do not have my money after leaving two voicemail messages with Laura and emailing her along with Max and Jennifer. This is disgusting and thoroughly reprehensible on the part of this practice. I would advise anyone who comes here to review their bills very carefully before they leave and to make sure that their cards are not kept on file. Better yet - go to ANY other urgent care company.
Arrived 15 mins before closing and they got us right in! Dajia at the front desk was excellent- so kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to recommend a pharmacy nearby and let us charge our phone. Great service
The Staff at care now urgent care downtown North Gulch gave me excellent service when I had an accident with my slicer they patched me up well was very professional and courteous. Although I came in pain, I left there smiling. They did a wonderful job.
I’ve never had such an excellent experience at urgent care. Checked in online before, was seen quickly, the doctor and nurse were both so nice and listened to my needs thoroughly, offered us snacks, coffee, juice etc. My husband and I both left saying “wow I had no idea an urgent care experiment could be like that.” Was there first thing in the morning with a few patients ahead of me and there for less than an hour.
This was one of the best visits to a walk-in clinic I have experienced in a long time. From Heather at the desk, Tyra checking my vitals to Jade all helping take care of my sinus infection. Respectful, professional and knowledgeable care, hands down the BEST team in Nashville. Thanks again!
The medical assistant Adam Was awesome. The office was clean. It was fast. Everyone listen to my concerns and considered me and took care of me and really great location. Really great staff very pleased with my visits . Every time I come.
The BEST care we have experienced! Convenient online pre check in Very compassionate staff they do a very throughout examination. And you can call them to answer any questions you may have afterwards. We were on vacation and this meant the world to us. They are next to the Publix pharmacy, making it very convenient. Thank you 🙏
Dajsaih at the front desk was so sweet and walked me through all of my paperwork that I needed to complete to be seen. Kimberly conducted my exam and was very kind throughout the process. Highly recommend!
