Two stars because the customer service I received from Capsule was superb. The only downside is they required signatures for deliveries, but they delivered in the evening so it was not really a big deal at all. Deducted 3 starts because they are no longer accepting the older Mounjaro coupons without a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. Forcing me to change pharmacies. Recently, I had been considering transferring all my medications to Capsule, but now there is no point.
Capsule started off great. Then I got a 90 day supply order for my meds and they tried to charge me a horrific amount that no other pharmacy or my insurance required. The snarky customer service reps and Pharmacists are just beyond offensive, so I moved everything to a local pharmacy who also delivers and happily dispenses my medication as prescribed…. And even helped me with a manufacture savings card that I was unaware of.
This service is wonderful! Communication is a breeze and refilling your RX couldn’t be any easier. Tameka our most recent driver was SO nice. All the staff from delivery people to pharmacists has been excellent.
Love this pharmacy! I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and the service continues to be consistently fantastic. Their delivery service is a huge bonus on top of their wonderful customer service. Ditch your mediocre pharmacy and switch to Capsule. You won’t regret it! ❤️
AMAZING CARE! I was loyal to local pharmacies, including CVS. My neurologist uses this pharmacy and until recently I only had them filling meds from him. While severely sick, CVS informed me they were behind and too busy to fill my scripts, leaving me without meds for 3 days. Once I transferred to Capsule, it took less than 12 hours for my scripts to be filled and delivered. I was updated along the way and treated like an entire human being. For this, I am so grateful to have been introduced to Capsule pharmacy.
Easily the best Rx delivery service I’ve used. Capsule’s turnaround times are always fast and more importantly on time, and their text notifications make everything transparent. Signup was also simple and secure. Overall great, consistent user experience that I would highly recommend.
I have used this service for over a year now and love it. Sometimes I have the deliveries to my work and other times to my home. It's easy to change the address depending on where it is convenient for me to receive it. The delivery person's are always pleasant and friendly. I love this service. The do such a great job at communicating via text. They are prompt with the service support this is like my 4th time getting my meds forms them and I love it. I love they also have a pick up option outside of the delivery. It’s convenient. 5 stars!
Switching to capsule has been amazing! The staff is awesome, super friendly, and always helpful! I am reminded when to refill my prescriptions and everything is delivered to my door. No more forgetting to call in my refills or driving to the pharmacy. Love them!
First time trying Capsule and WOW - the service was amazing. I didn't have to leave to my house to wait at a pharmacy. They even made an exception to deliver my prescriptions more quickly than the website offered so I could get my antibiotics right away and they texted me throughout the delivery process to keep me updated. Such nice customer service and all via text, I didn't even have to call! 10/10 will use again. It's not often in the healthcare space to have a great service like this, most healthcare processes are so poor. Very happy to see this service!
