Be Extremely Cautious I recently purchased a 2022 G-Wagon from this dealership remotely, based on clean vehicle reports and the large number of positive reviews. I worked with Sean throughout the process. During the test drive, the navigation system wasn’t working, but I was told it could be addressed under the Mercedes-Benz warranty. After purchase, I took the vehicle to a certified Mercedes-Benz service center, where I was informed that the navigation system had physical damage—something not covered under warranty. The advisor provided photos showing clear tampering or damage in the navigation compartment. This issue was never disclosed to me prior to purchase. If not I would of looked for another option. I contacted the dealership with all supporting documentation and gave them the opportunity to make it right. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response. This feels deceptive and borders on fraud—selling a high-end vehicle with hidden damage and then going silent when a customer raises a legitimate concern. It’s completely unprofessional, and I expected much better from a dealership with this kind of reputation. Buyers beware: If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here—especially remotely—proceed with extreme caution. Don’t rely on reports or reviews alone. Get everything independently inspected. To Isaac, the store manager: If you are willing to take responsibility and cover the cost of the navigation repairs, I will gladly remove or update this review to reflect your willingness to resolve the matter professionally.

Worked with Shawn on a deal for an M3 comp that they got in super recently. Super cool guy that knows his stuff. The deal was super easy, and I was out in an hour and a half. It was a good deal regardless due to the market price of M3's currently. Don't hesitate to do business with this dealership, they're good people.

They sold me a car that I had to take to the shop three days later, and they didn't fix the problem. They promised to return $2,000, but the check never arrived. Please read your contracts carefully. They sell you a lot of things you don't need, and they're not responsible for that.
