I bought my car site unseen, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was exactly as advertised! Absolutely love my new car and Shawn and the Dealer delivered as expected. Will definitely look them up again in 3 to 4 years when I make another trade thank you to the Brickell Motors team.

Just  had a great experience buying my BMW M3 . Shawn was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I really feel he made a great effort in getting me the best deal possible. Don’t go anywhere else to buy a car and ask for Shawn.

I recently bought a used S63 Coupe, and, it's been a bit of a letdown. Right around the 1000 mile mark after purchase, I had a nasty roadside breakdown because one of the rear tires had worn through the cords. Not only was it a huge inconvenience, but it was also seriously dangerous. To make matters worse, I had to shell out my own money for new tires just to get back home. I also got an alignment done, and guess what? The front tires were completely mismatched. Apparently, it was the tire issue causing the alignment problem, not anything wrong with the car itself. So, I decided to reach out to the General Manager to get some answers and hopefully a resolution. But they passed me right back to my salesperson. I explained the whole tire mess to the salesperson, and they said they would look into it. Now it's been a month, and I haven't heard a from them. The complete lack of communication and their disregard for my concerns after the sale is disappointing. I expect a certain level of professionalism and care from a dealership, especially when I'm dropping a bunch of cash on a luxury car. But no, this dealership couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or resolving issues. I'm sharing my experience as an out of state buyer for anyone else thinking of purchasing sight unseen. Sure, the car is nice, but I caution anyone thinking of buying from this dealership. Take a good look at every aspect of the vehicle, especially the tires, before you commit. Overall, this whole experience has been soured by tire problems, and zero follow-up.

Amazing company! Don’t judge a place by the reviews , you can’t please EVERYONE but let me tell you all they pleased us! Harvey was AMAZING! he didn’t give up on me and let me walk out with a 2024 CORVETTE STINGRAY . the New CEO of the company was very opening arms & GREAT! If you’re thinking about buying a CAR DO IT! Terrible manager and customer service. Because we showed up in sweatpants they immediately assumed we can’t afford a $40k car lol and refused test driving, saying a 2020 330i is the same as a 2022 m340i. That is pretty sad. Wrong judgement as I own way more expensive cars and they just not only lost a sale but I will tell all my clients and friends not to go there. Shame on you.

I have purchased alot of vehicles just like everyone else.....and had many experiences but I have never had a reason to post a review. I see why everyone's blasting this place with low ratings. The customer service really is horrible. Salesman is rude and arrogant and acts like hes entitled for selling you the car. Like youre the one making out. As soon as you drive it off the lot the price goes down and dude made a ton. No thanks. Ill go elsewhere.

Joel and Freddy took excellent care of me throughout the entire process. Off site sale at 9400 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256 on October 3-13-25 was fantastic. Sales Consultant Marjorie H and staff are very embracing. Everyone please go to their offsite sale. They give away free cars, tv, etc.

I had a great experience with Shawn. He is patient and honest and really knows his cars. I visited a couple of other dealerships before arriving to Brickell Luxury Motors ,but the treatment I received here was unmatched. The entire Sales  team made sure the process was smooth and seamless, and everyone was very friendly. What a great way to buy a car ,I highly recommend them.
