Update from seeing response : We already spoke with Isaac, the manager. You’ve refused to refund us or cover the repair costs despite selling the car under clear misrepresentation. Wish we had read the other reviews before buying from here. Extremely disappointed with this dealership. My husband finally found a car he’s been searching for years, and we purchased it here as a “stock” vehicle with a factory warranty. Just two months later, the car became undrivable. We discovered that the previous owner had modified the car and then reversed the modifications to sell it as stock…even flashing the ECU to cover it up. Because of this, the car is currently in the shop and the warranty is now void. When we brought this to the dealership, they completely washed their hands of the situation and offered no assistance or solution. For a used car dealership, you would expect thorough inspections, but clearly that was not the case here. Now, we are facing around $2,000 in repairs for a car that was sold as “excellent condition” and “untampered.” Save yourself the headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

They were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The finance manager was able to get me a rate even less than my pre-approved rate from another lender. My only negative would be the amount of time we had to spend at the dealer. I knew exactly which car I wanted, but I was still there with my wife and 7 year old for over 3 hours. Granted I didn't have an appointment when I arrived.

Mario made sure I had a excellent experience at Brickell Luxury Motors while buying my Porsche 911. I had been researching Porsche 911s (the 991) for about 2 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Living in Tampa (4 hour drive to Miami), the deal was setup in advance on the phone with Mario and he insured the car was immaculate and answered any questions I had. It went very smooth. When I got there, Mario and the team made sure my experience was a memorable one. The car was exactly stated as online and was in immaculate condition just as Mario stated on the phone. I did all my fundamental checks, test drove it - which was my favorite part :) and bought it! Mario and his team made the car buying process extremely easy! I recently purchased a car from Brickell Luxury Motors sight unseen. I had it shipped to the Midwest and just received it last week. Gil was my salesman and he did a great job meeting all my requests, which included sending me multiple pictures, videos, transporting to a 3rd party inspection, securing financing, setting up shipping, etc. Good value, honest service, would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience I had at Brickell Lixury Motors. From the moment we arrived and were greeted and helped by Gil Suquet in sales, to then meeting and dealing with Isacc Sierra the manager and finally Vince in finance. I could not have asked for a smoother and more professional experience. This was our first time at Brickell Luxury Motors but will certainly not be our last. Taking our new G Wagon home!

A complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I was contacted by William Díaz, who expressed interest in purchasing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, claiming over the phone that they could beat CarMax’s offer. Based on that, I took the time to go in person to Brickell Luxury Motors. Once there, I was told that buying a 2014 vehicle was not profitable for them. If that was their position from the beginning, they should have been upfront and said so during the initial conversation, instead of having me come in for no reason. This is not about whether they buy the car or not, but about lack of transparency, poor communication, and disrespect for the customer’s time. They created the expectation and then dismissed it without consideration. I do not recommend this dealership if you value your time and expect professionalism.
