My experience with this dealership was nothing short of outstanding. Michael Alfonso was incredible throughout the entire transaction. I had an absolutely wonderful car buying experience from start to finish thanks to Shawn. He was transparent , understanding and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Hands down the best car buying experience that I have had . I am two hours away from the dealership and he even had the car delivered to me. When I am ready to upgrade my car, I will come back without any hesitation to Shawn and Brickell Luxury Motors.
I have never seen such a terrible company in my life. They tried to sell the car to me, and then one hour later they sold it to someone else. I have never seen a company that cares so much about money and so little about honesty and respect. Do not buy anything from this company.
Had engine replaced and car still doesn't work. Sevice center doesn't perform full diagnostic, they will only tell customer about 1 issue at a time to keep customers coming back spending money. Dropped car for 3 weeks to get it back still with issues after paying nearly $10000

From the moment I arrived, I became aware that this car dealership was different from the others. The car-buying experience was delightful and not stressful at all, thanks to Jennifer and Ariel. The service appointment was top-notch as well. First of all, the appointment time was accurate. I was offered a complimentary beverage and I had a nice Cuban Coffee. Sixtina and Lisa are so friendly and accommodating. The staff and the facility really stand alone in providing an excellent customer experience. In all my years, I’ve never had a car buying experience like I received at Brickell Exotic Motors. I just purchased my 2nd car there in 3 weeks. Why? Service, their ability to secure quality used vehicles that are hard to find, super well maintained vehicles. It wasn’t my plan! Be sure to ask for Isaac or Ashley. Straight shooters. My name is Adolfo and I was Very disappointing experience with Brickell Luxury Motors. I worked with Isaac and Shawn and was told the Corvette I purchased had a detailed inspection done prior to sale. Shortly after buying it, I discovered one of the wheels was cracked and had been previously welded — something that should have absolutely been caught or disclosed. What makes it worse is they replaced the tires, yet somehow missed a damaged rim. This feels very misleading and raises serious concerns about their inspection process and transparency. I also have been trying to contact them for a week or so after noticing that the rim was cracked and welded and they continued to dodge me. This only infuriates me because I spent $80,000 on a vehicle I was told was in pristine condition.
I purchased an Audi RS5 with about 20,000 miles from this dealer and the check engine light came on the very next day. I immediately contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind the vehicle they just sold me. Instead, they denied all responsibility and offered zero help in resolving the issue. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle from this dealership thoroughly inspected before purchasing, because once you drive off the lot, they appear unwilling to help at all.
Excellent staff that is very knowledgeable and friendly! I bought my used 2024 Mercedes-Benz G 63 and the salesperson Harvey Proveyer was very professional & helpful. I also want to thank the sales manager, Isaac and his team for a great buying experience
