I purchased my car from Brickell Luxury Motors. The sales representative promised me to change the breaks that was completely used and to give me the 2nd key which He never did . I had to chase them for 1 year ! On top of that, my car got issues with the lights. They charged me $700 for a quote and estimated the work to $15,000. They wanted to completely change my headlights and other things. I went to another repair center and paid only $3,000. The problem was just the front computer to replace, the one that control the lights. I would avoid this place cause they are not honest. Customer service is the most important. It is easy to buy a car but more difficult to keep customers !
I recently visited Brickell Luxury Motors to purchase a vehicle i saw on their website. I was approached by a young sales representative who greeted me with a great attitude. Not your typical run of the mill salesperson greeting that most people are used to when looking to purchase a vehicle. This young man, was very polite and actually listened to me with an open mind in regards to what vehicle I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle giving all kinds of information having to do with all aspects pertaining to the vehicle I was interested in. I was impressed and surprised by his knowledge of the vehicle. I must say one of my best buying experiences. He treated me with respect, and answered all me questions, it did not feel like I was speaking with a salesperson. Did not act pushy at all, made me very comfortable. I bought the vehicle mostly because of his noteworthy customer care tactics. His name is Harvey Proveyer. He is an asset to Brickell Luxury Motors, and the automobile sales industry as a whole. If you ever visit Brickell Luxury Motors, make sure you have Harvey Proveyer take care of you. I highly recommend him. He will make your experience buying a vehicle a great one.

Unfortunately, my experience with Brickell Motors has not been a pleasant one, as rhos was my fifth trip to the dealerships service center since I purchased a brand new car in December 2024. I feel like the car was a lemon and I am disappointed that they fill that having to replacr a major part is on a brand new vehicle is okay. There is so much more I can add, but enough of my free time has already been taken by the dealership.
