WOW! Where to begin!?! Lynn and I were blessed to have Shawn and Ashley assist us in the purchase of our beautiful 2019 MINI Cooper S convertible from Brickell Mazda/Luxury Motors! What a incredible selection of cars, they have every model and make that you can imagine. I will be in the market very soon, but i wasn't sure what I want. Careful with this place, bought a 911 and within a week it was burning oil and leaking all over my driveway. Went back to Mario and told him if he didn’t take the car back I’d get a lawyer and he eventually did. I wouldn’t be surprised if they slapped some duck tape on and put it back on the floor.
I want to share the positive experience I had with Harvey Proveyer. I contacted BLM to discuss a 24 Porsche Turbo S that he had listed. Harvey showed the utmost professionalism by sending me all the info I needed in a very timely manner, unlike other dealers I had been dealing with. Unfortunately for BLM, I did not buy a car from them due to the very specific car I was looking for. In the future I will reach out to Harvey and give him the opportunity to get my business. Agreed on price in writing. Drove 6 hours, they changed price when I got there. Took 4 months to pay off my trade in, resulting in late payments. And then said in the listing it was clean car fax, 2 months later damage reported all around the vehicle 360•. Every panel. Car is worthless now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - SHADY AND LIARS
Harvey was amazing to work with... He sent us videos and photos of the vehicle and went over every inch of the car, as we are in a different state. The purchase process was smooth, seamless and even arranged shipping of the car. We love our Range Rover, we will definitely call Harvey in the future and will refer friends/family to him and Brickell luxury motors!!
