We came determined to buy a shirt for my husband for our upcoming wedding. Jules was helping us find a good shirt. She was patient and let my husband try on different sizes and styles without any rush. She understood the product well and made us feel comfortable at the store, too. At some point she asked if we needed anything else (tried to upsell, which is a-o-k!) but did not push at all after we said we do not, which was very pleasant. Jules had a nice but professional sense of humor as well, which made our whole experience so much nicer. We found the perfect shirt and recommend her as a stylist to anyone planning to come to the store.
Kyra was awesome at helping us learning the different styles and sizes - super patient and helped us find a few additions to the wardrobe!
Just had an amazing experience with Jules. All I really needed was a pair of pants and a shirt for an upcoming wedding and she was able to help me find a really good fit and she was patient while I tried on everything and answered all my questions. She is amazing thank you for a wonderful experience!
I wanted to leave this review specifically because I came to Cherry Creek Bonobos for my first fitting EVER and I was met with the best service ever! The way Addarius and Jewels (sorry if I spelt your name wrong! 😅) attended to me and honestly picked out the entire wardrobe to help me not only find the perfect outfit, but educate me on what would go together and what I should wear for specific occasions. Being that this was my first fitting to help me start my professional wardrobe, I’ve never felt more comfortable in speaking my concerns and my aspirations in what I envisioned my perfect look to be to my new favorite Bonobos guides. This experience didn’t just feel like I was being fitted and sold a product, this experience felt like I was finding people who genuinely wanted to help me find my perfect look and made me feel part of family. ❤️ From now on, Bonobos will be the first recommendation to any and everyone looking to upgrade or start their professional wardrobe.
